The applied trim is coming loose over much of the upholstery, however, it is not torn, and could easily be refastened. The upholstery has some light stains on it, however, there are no tears or holes. It is quite worn where the trim is coming loose, however. The setee is about 34" wide across the back. This is a very nice walnut settee or chaise made in England circa 1890. It has very nice carvings to the back, its sits on Edwardian turned legs and has the original castors. The condition of the frame is very good the fabric is a little old but could be cleaned up. Measurements are 60 wide.24 deep,35 high.

Antique Cherry Settee/ Loveseat
I think this is absolutely beautiful. All the wood is original. It is a cherry veneer with the inlaid gold wood.The scrolling on it as you can see is very beautiful as well. I have never seen one like it. I bought it at an auction in the 70's. I had it reupholstered and that was all. It is 43 inches in length. It has wooden casters on the legs. Approx 18 inches from floor to seat. For something of this age over 100 years it is in remarkable good condition. It is comfortable to sit in. You would need to make your own arrangements for pick up. I live in the Kansas City vicinity in the Johnson County Kansas side.

Antique Eastlake parlor settee, matching parlor chair, beautiful red/walnut
Absolutely gorgeous circa 1890 Eastlake Victorian style parlor set including settee or loveseat whichever you prefer to call it and matching chair. Very ornate carving done in walnut with an amazing finish for the time period. These pieces may have been refurbished at some time I would almost think they had to have been or someone loved them very much because they are beautiful. Both pieces still have the swivels and wheels intact and rolling although not really that useful because of their small diameter but that was original design. The loveseat has 4 wheel all swivel and all roll and wheels are white in color(appear to be ceramic maybe not sure) but I believe they may be original. The chair has two wheels. Both swivel and roll and are slightly bigger in diameter than loveseat and are black in color, They appear to be pretty old wheels ... morebut if I were to guess I would say someone took them off another piece of old furniture. As mentioned in description when I had it outside it appeared to be a little faded looking just on the two back panels of the couch, if someone were really, really concerned about perfection these two panels luckily would be the easiest thing on the furniture to replace, they are just square flat pieces of material with no pleats or diamond tuck, just place old piece over new material and cut the same and put it back on. Sounds easy but I would get professionally done, the rest is to nice to chance myself. If you have any questions message me and I will do my best to get an answer. This sweet antique settee was recently brought in to my shop in Pennsylvania. It is an eye popping double take kind of vintage furniture. Miniature settee measures only approx 27" tall and 30" long and was intended for a small child(too large for dolls I think) The wood is a chippy shelac of some sort of light wood. Antique Victorian Eastlake Rocker Loveseat Settee Great Wood Carvings Upholstery Need a couple of nice Victorian pieces for those finishing touches in a room. Do not miss these pieces. Recently picked them up at an auction. The wood on these pieces is just beautiful. Probably made in the 1880s to 1890s. I think the wood type is mahogany. But may be walnut, you be the judge. The carvings and scrollings are all still intact and were nicely done. The rocker was certainly used more than the settee and shows wear on the arms to the finish. On the left side of the settee the frame has a split in it that was corrected sometime quite a while ago. There is a bolt thru the repair that was not a part of the original piece. See the pic. I picked this piece up in the condition it is in, so cannot speak to when it was reupholstered, but it was done well ... moreand with a material that is very attractive and heavy, no flimsy stuff here. The pieces are all still tightly together at the joints. The rocker still has both its' springs. The roller wheels are both on the settee's front legs. The rocker is 39.25" tall. The flame Cuban or Honduran mahogany of which this piece is made is just beautiful. This is an old piece. Dating back to the early nineteenth century. The legs are gently curved from the handgrips to the feet and all 4 feet sit on casters on both pieces. Lovely Antique French Settee or Loveseat with Original Tapestry
Wonderful antique French settee from the late 1800's with the original tapestry or needlepoint of two lovebirds and a flower basket. The back of the settee has been re-upholstered in the past and probably gimp was replaced then as well. The settee is painted in a creamy butter color with signs of age in places.
