This is a unique. Handpainted pair of vases stamped"Made in Italy" on the bottom. The paired is done in a floral, possibl y daisy pattern and in a bright red and yellow color. The pair came from a large estate collection a nd is in good used condition. One measures 5 7/8" high and 3 3/8" wide while the other measure s 5 3/8" high by 3 7/8" in width. It has a fluted top and is in excellent used condition with no damage. The Green 8" tall Bohemian has raised enameled flowers and has gold gilt accents. The base is 2 1/2" wide and the top is 1 3/4" wide. Gold and enamel is in great condition with no chips or cracks on the vase. These vases are less than $11.00 each. Together, they make quite a statement used within a low centerpiece arrangement. Used at individual place settings, with rose buds, would be just lovely. They are in Fantastic Condition! I have not found any chips. Cracks, dings, dents. There are a few air bubbles within the glass. Two of the stem ends are cut very bluntly, so they are a little sharp. This was done when they were blown and is not a defect or damage! Two of the hollow stems have very faint dried water marks. All the stems are hollow and depending on the size. They range from 1 1/2" deep to 2 1/2" deep. The largest blossom measures 4 3/8" at it's widest span and 2" ... morehigh. I have for auction today a PAIR OF VINTAGE HULL T-7 1955 BLOSSOM FLITE PINK VASES. These vases measure 11 inches to the tallest point. One of the vases has a small chip on the top of one of the petals that go up and a small hairline crack on the lower handle. The 2nd vase if you look closely has 2 dots inside where it appears that it hasn't been painted. The vase has no chips or cracks but when you rub your finger over the spots it feels rough but it's just odd. The piece has been in the china cabinet for many years. So I don't know how or notice this flaw. These remind me of Art Deco design. I am selling these at a low reduced price due to the flaws. These are lovely pieces of porcelain from Czechoslovakia featuring two Redheaded Woodpeckers posed on a branch and finished with art-deco inspired square double handles. These pieces measures 5-1/2" tall and is 2-3/4" in diameter at base. Base is unglazed and is stamped in red"Made in Czechoslovakia" in a circle. High deco styling in the handles circa 1911. There is a bit of wear to edge guilding at the opening. Otherwise nice condition. There are no chips, cracks or repairs.

I have tried to identify the maker and the etching pattern but have been unsuccessful.I'm thinking maybe Paden City, Cambridge or Tiffin? They are very, very old. I know this because of where I found them and the history of where they came from. On one of the vases. There a two very small& minor"flaws" in the glass.perhaps caused during the etching process? The etching pattern is a band around the tops of the vases approximately 2-1/4" spanning from the top of the vase down. The remainder of the vases are entirely black. Up for bid is this beautiful early 1950's Red Wing Pottery art deco two piece nested vase designed by Belle Kogan. The small vase is a very light grayish green in color and measures 5.5" Height. The bottom is marked Red Wing USA B1418A. The larger vase measures 7" Height and is a coral rose color and marked B1418A Red Wing USA. There are no chips or cracks on either piece. Finding both pieces still together after 50 years and in this condition is hard to find.
