Ok folks what we have here is a Johnson Viking Messenger 5 channel base station that is tube type. It dont look half bad for it's age. I used a cord with aligator clips to hook it to Ac and the power on light comes on and the tubes light. I did not key the mic as I have no antenna to hook to it at this time. As far as I am concerned this unit does not work and would need a good going over to use it.It uses a selector switch to go thru the channels that use crystals. It has channels 7.14,22, and 11. D is left blank. It has it's stock microphone and a old style fuseable plug.the cord is loose from 1 side of the plug. 0175301 is a number on the back of it stamped in it.6 vdc or 115 vac All I can say is here it is.As is,where is. Does not work to my knowledge but appears to be very fixable.

I guess that is a whole different world and I do not speak their language. All the lights and meter work. I did take TX pics showing forward swing with the meter. Up for auction is this nice Johnson Viking Ranger. This transmitter was purchased at a recent estate auction and I have not done any testing to it. This is a very cool radio. And it is also very old. Because of the age there are a few signs of wear and tear. The paint is chipping off in a few places, and there are a few small marks on the casing. The front plate does look really nice though. A well used. Ugly, but fully functional Viking scuba drysuit inflation valve. It is an industry standard and can be used on any drysuit. The inlet nipple fits standard Viking. Gates, Amron, Northern Diver and other drysuits. The nipple can be replaced if you want to use it with a standard buoyancy compensator inflation hose. Or other non-standard hose. The finish is rubbed off the inflation button. However this defect is only cosmetic. The valve works fine.

Vintage Viking Man Hand Carved Painted Wood Figurine Nordic? Henning? Anri?
This is an unsigned piece that I acquired from a second hand store. So I do not know its origins. But in my opinion, it does bear some resemblance to carvings of Vikings made by Henning of Norway? Or perhaps Anri? Perhaps of Scandinavian or Nordic origin? In any case, it is very well done. He stands approx. 6-1/4" high. His tunic(or is it chain mail? is painted in muted silver tone, and there are touches of bronze colored paint on his helmet and shield. As you can see, he is missing his weapon-a sword or perhaps a spear of some sort-it has broken off. A skilled wood crafter could fashion an appropriate replacement, to make this a fine addition to your collection. Check out the Henning wood carving I have on separate auction.
