This is an exquisite hand carved Indian bolo that has been painted and covered with shellac. It is approximately 2 1/4" in length by 2" in depth from back to the nose. It is very colorful. It was made by a friend of my dad's from New Jersey. I do not know the age of it. This is part of an extensive collection belonging to my father. Murray Wolfson. He was the Troop leader of 216 that met at Winthrop Jr. High School during the 50s-60s, as well as a Parkway District Commissioner(both Brooklyn, N.Y. vigil member of Shu-Shu-Gah Lodge 24(Brooklyn) and Narraticong 9 which in 1999 changed to Sakuwit 2(New Jersey) a member of the Thomas A. Collectible Antique Panamint Indian Basket/ Pictorial Indian Basket Antique Panamint Indian Basket circa 1900 Panamint oval bowl. Very fine weave; approximately 36 stitches per inch. 2 1/2 x 4 1/4 x 5 3/4 inches Willow and Devil's claw This basket has had professional restoration- as seen in the last close-up of the end of the basket. There was a missing piece to rim about the size and shape of 1/2 of a quarter dollar. The damage included the top two coils and three additional coils and was approximately 1 1/4" wide at the rim to 1/2" wide at the 5th coil. The restoration is excellent, but under strong light and attention, is easily seen. This basket shows very well, and the damage is not a significant visual issue. Antique Indian Wars era Clyde Cutlery Trade Knife Pewter Inlay Handle
Estate sale found antique"Clyde Cutlery Co. pewter inlay walnut handle knife in good condition for the age. This knifes' blade has strong profile loss but what's left is a classic century long re-sharpened wave shape. The steel is quite decent with minor spot staining and wonderful wear burnish. The handle is well preserved with modest butt end impact mentioned for accuracy. There are no cracks and the pewter bolster is tight with nice patina. Measures approx. 11" overall. Blade is 6+3/16" Displays very well, a nice addition to any collection. Will be shipped USPS First Class mail with tracking included.

Grandfather and Great Grandfather who actually fought in the Many American wars and this belt and other items were found in the attic. These seem to be the typical Antique Calvary spurs except that the shank of the spur is squared vs. the Round more common Type. I believe these could be a rare version. Vintage Papago Native American Indian Basket tray w Flying Geese Design This vintage Papago basket tray measures 11.5 in diameter by 2" high. It has a bold design of flying geese in a concentric pattern of 4 columns radiating outwards from the center. The design is evenly spaced& displays nicely. It is in fine condition. With no stains or wear, save for two broken stitches in the rim wrap. As you can see from my photos, the back is much brighter than the front. This will be a lovely addition to any collection.

Vintage Large Indian Basket Sweet Grass with Diamond Decoration With a Woven Ring For Your Indian or Native American Basketry Collection Details Description: A beautiful and genuine large storage Indian Basket(Native American) This rounded ovoid shaped large basket is made of what we believe is sweet grass. It is decorated with alternating lines of woven diamonds all around the circumference. There is a row of two colored(black and white) diamonds alternating with one colored(black) diamonds. The largest diamonds are near the bottom and they get smaller as they rise towards the top. The basket has a small round flat base with rounded sides rising to rounded side wall that slopes outwards then slopes inwards and up towards a small top opening. Just beautifully made with a tight weave. The top has a plain weave edge. The basket is light brown ... morecolored background throughout. The basket comes with a round ring that is attached to it with a thread. We are not certain what the ring is for but we are including it in the sale since it came with the basket. A very nice decorative piece to add to your collection of native American artifacts. Please carefully review the photos presented as they are part and parcel of our description. Date: Uncertain.
