Antique cork press that was used in the apothecary trade. The base measures 15" x 4" It stands about 6 1/2" tall. The wood base shows it's age with a weathered finish. The cast iron piece is not marked and shows it's age with paint loss and a little rust& dust. It moves freely and is a little squeeky.

This cast iron sign or nameplate is made of cast iron and has raised relief lettering that say's: W. W. Kimball Co. on it. I believe that Kimball was a piano maker and though it seems unusual to have a cast iron nameplate on a piano it must be what this is. Maybe it was on a coin operated player piano of some kind. This is 6 inches long. 1 1/8 inches wide and 1/8 of an inch thick. A magnet does stick to it so it is deficiently made of cast iron. It has two holes on each end for fastening it that are 5 inches apart on center. LG 1800s CAST IRON 20 Gallon HANGING FOOTED CAMP FIRE KETTLE CAULDRON GYPSY POT
If you are looking for a large very nice kettle for cookouts or display or for what ever reason. This is the one. Nicest 20 gallon kettle I have ever came across. I cleaned it up some and put a light coat of oil to keep it from getting surface rust. This kettle has not seen much outside weather. Inside of kettle is very smooth and just right for cookouts. Measures 13 inches tall on three very solid legs and sits level. Measures 21 5/8 inches diameter across from outside edge to outside edge. The thickness is 3/8 inches thick. Has two excellant ears for hanging purposes and has three cast iron studs for hanging or resting in a rack. It has 2 handles and 3 legs and has a rusty patina. But looks to be well seasoned with some interior pitting from use. The legs show rust pitting but are still intact as shown in the pictures. Antique Floor Grate Register Cast Iron Complete with Original Louvers This piece is marked"Patented Jan. 23. 1848" Made"Apr. 27, 1848" This was found here in Maine. It is all original. Complete and very heavy. There is a minor crack in the frame on one side that could easily be repaired or used'as is' There is original paint missing and a small amount of rust that does not interfere with the function. It is clean and the louvers move freely with the thumb adjuster on the side. The grate measures 13 5/8" x 9 3/4" The louver insert measures 8 1/4" x 12 1/4" These 2 pieces together weigh nearly 10 pounds. ANTIQUE CLOCK CAST IRON FRONT AMERICAN CLOCK NEW YORK
Offering this rare American made Mantel Clock by American Clock Company of New York. This is a Painted Cast Iron Front case with brass key and pendulum. The dial is in beautiful condition but some questions on its age and originality to this clock. The pendulum needs polishing and the round glass door in brass holder needs to be re attached to the clock front. It runs beautifully and according to"American Shelf and Wall Clocks by Robert W. D. Ball it was made between 1850 and 1860 and has a 30 hour movement with internal alarm. It has a wood case back. All looks original except face. It stands 15 inches tall and is 12 inches wide at the base. Also of interest is the well preserved sticker on the back of the wood case that indicates some work was done on the clock by" A. Vaucher, Watch Maker, Spring Valley, New York, Watches, Clocks ... moreand Jewelry, Constantly on Hand and Prepared in The Best Manner" with some other markings and the date 1872.
