ANTIQUE TRAMP ART BOX Selling a wonderful handmade tramp art box made from old cigar boxes. Some of the embossed lettering from the original boxes is still visible on panels of this box. You can make out"Legette tobacco" It is an unusual box in that the lid opens to reveal the top compartment and in addition. The entire top section also opens to reveal lower compartment. There is chip carving around the box and there are 5 carved stars on the top of the box. The box measures approximately 7"H x 13"W x 7 1/2"D. I think it may be made from walnut but not sure, it's heavier than pine. All items are sold as is so email me for more info or pics. Miniature wooden handmade box fashioned to look like an Amish Lady or a Southern Bell in her long skirt and bonnet. The box is approximately 2 7/8" tall and 1 3/8" in diameter at the bottom. Made entirely of hand carved and turned wood, her arms are attached with tiny round head nails and she has a beautifully rich patina. There is a tiny compartment inside of her skirt, just big enough for a 1" vial, possibly a perfume vial. this is an exquisite large antique handmade carved wood and bronze dragon box. it has exquisite ornate deeply cut detailing of intertwined dragons on each side. it has a beautiful ornate. Vintage Wooden Trinket Box w Lid Antique Old Boxes Bowl 3 Pieces
This very pretty. Unusual wooden trinket box consists of 3 pieces. You have the bottom piece, or bowl, which measures 3 1/2 inches at the base. The opening is 2 1/4 inches. The second piece fits in this opening and has a 1 1/2 inch opening in it. Then the little top lid fits into that. Very cool and unique! The bottom bowl is carved and inlaid with black stripes and then very small black stripes, and at the bottom, which I am not able to show very well with my camera, there are little birds and flowers and designs all around. The second piece is black and has carved designs all around it. The little wooden top has a white handle, and there are 3 little white feet on the bottom of the bowl. I am assuming they are plastic, I really don't know. It is in really good condition. There are a few scratches, especially on the bottom and inside ... morethe bowl, but nothing at all to take away from the beauty of this piece.

Antique/Vintage,Hand Painted Firkin,Sugar Pail,Copper and Square Nails
This is a BIG(17" tall with handle upright) Double strapped, Beautifully hand painted, Covered Firkin/Sugar Pail, with handle. It is blue paint with gorgeous hand painted Pink Roses and Buds. The design is stunning and it is"marked" by the artist with a small smudged thumb print(pic 10+11) The staves are tongue and groove, and the straps are really nice with copper nails and staples. The straps are separate and holding the staves together as one piece, not nailed into the pail. The bottom is beveled and grooved into the staves. The top is gorgeous and out of round, and the strap around it is held on with tiny square nails. The piece is showing shrinkage of the wood indicating age. This Firkin is a Beautifully Crafted and Decorated piece of FOLK ART! I believe it to be early 20th century, from the construction, darker color ... moreof the paint on the outside, and the shrinkage of the wood on the top and between the staves. The smoking theme and the cedar lining would make me think that this was a box for cigarettes or cigars. But 3 1/2 by 7 3/4 by 2 inches high and has 3 compartments so would have been able to hold only short cigarettes. The box has an attractive basket weave pyrography design on the sides. Good condition except for a crack at the top right corner that continues along the side of the top of the box for 3 1/4 inches. NC residents add sales tax. I will be glad to ship internationally. Original label inside of the Box includes directions and description. Rich Wooden Box with Brass fittings measures approximately 9& 3/8 inches long x 6& 1/4 inches wide x 2& 7/8 inches tall. One of the hinges is missing the bottom half and the closure on the Box does not have its' top portion. A few surface scratches, dings, discoloration on the inside due to age. This is a great Box. Fresh from a local Cape Cod estate we offer this rare childs size or miniature Oak hat box chest under paint. The chest measures 28" Tallx 23" Wide x 16" deep. It is under paint but retains what appears to be the original pulls and hardware. Appear to have had a backsplash at some point but that is missing. The top back corners have been sanded down a bit and the chest shows a few chips etc. as could be expacted. Overall it should be a great restoration project.
