Set of 4 Antique Art Nouveau cast iron coat hooks Dated 1905 hall tree hat
This is a matched set of 4 antique cast iron coat hooks from the early 1900s. They are in good original condition and have a copper finish. There is some variation in patina. The back of each hook is marked"Pat. Apr 4. 1905" and also"47" Each hook is about 7- 1/4" wide. 5- 1/8" high and stands out about 3- 1/4" from the mounting surface. The rods are 1/4" in diameter and have 20 threads per inch(a common, standard size) The hooks can be mounted on a board that is 3/4" thick. If you want to mount them on a thicker board, you can replace the threaded rods with longer rods, OR countersink the nuts. This is a nice set with good casting detail and a mellow finish. 19TH CENTURY(4) ANTIQUE VICTORIAN WOOD SPINDLE TABLE LEGS WITH ACANTHUS-LEAF AND BEADED SCROLLED IRON FEET. Each leg matches the other-is a set of 4 antique circa 19th century wooden spindle table legs. Each has its original iron foot in raised relief of scrolled acanthus leaves and beads and each is attached with its original slotted screw(see pics provided) Each leg measures approx. 29.5" long(including the iron scrolled foot) There are no cracks, holes, splits, or chips to the iron feet or the wooden legs, there is wear present to surfaces, there are abrasions, scuffs, scratches, wear to finish and surfaces(please see pics presented) There are two pegs on each of two of the legs, and there are two manufacturer's holes present in two of the legs for pegs or table part to insert into. Very Nice ~1950s 60s USA Made Matching Set of 4 Commercial Very S turdy Chromed Steel Table Legs w/ hairpin braces- complete. the set is made of sturdy steel& the set weighs ~11# each leg is nicely tapered from top to bottom and heavily chrome plated. they are ~28 3/4" long[29" w/ a 1"2" table top gives a good table height] The legs are braced w/ a bent hairpin knee brace as you see and are sturdily welded to a thick steel mounting plate. one of the legs has an adjustable leveling foot. the chrome is very good. You might want to clean them a bit- I'd rub them down w/ 4x0 fine steel wool soaked in machine oil, then rub them down w/ an old t-shirt. these were stored outside a while ... moreand have some light surface rust mostly on top of the chrome[see last photo] that will nicely clean up w/ 4X0 steel wool soaked in machine oil& some vigorous rubbing. Antique Yahman & Frbe filing cabinet drawer runner parts
These are parts for ONE of the drawer runners on a Yahman and Frbe oak filing cabinet. This is NOT complete. The set is missing one of the small pieces with the three rollers. I refinished my filing cabinet and found out I was missing this piece. I refitted the drawer for a modern drawer runner. Because I was unable to find the part. Vintage 35" French Alabaster Pendant Dome Chandelier
Large Alabaster Pendant Bowl Chandelier– Vintage– French Origin This is a large. 35 ½” diameter, alabaster pendant bowl chandelier. It was originally installed in a remodeled Florida home in 1995. We subsequently bought the home and when we moved to North Carolina in 2010, brought the chandelier with us. We are now moving overseas and wish to find a new home for this magnificent fixture. We do not have the original invoices from 1995 but were told by the owners who remodeled the Florida home that it was imported from France and they paid more than $4.800 for the fixture. Several interior decorators have confirmed that valuation and origin but again we have no proof. I have not been able to locate any markings on the fixture. The Alabaster bowl has curved diagonal ridges moving from the apex upward toward the lip. The lacquered metal ... morelip. In an attractive bronze finish, is about 4” wide and is made of eight sections, cleverly bolted together on the inside. The lip design is a repeating series of vertical cup sections. The alabaster itself ranges in thickness from 3/8 inch to 1/2 inch. The pendant bowl is suspended by three metal arms, connected to the rim with rings and culminating in a semi-spherical collar approximately half way to the ceiling bracket. A link chain connects the semi-spherical collar to the ceiling bracket which is a repeat of the semi-spherical collar. All metal parts have the same lacquered bronze finish as the rim. The Chandelier bowl is 35 ½” in diameter and 10 ½” tall as measured from the lowest point to the top of the metal rim. The alabaster itself is about 31 inches in diameter. As presently hung. This is a gorgeous pair of table legs. Set of two front legs for an Occasional table. They are solid wood. I’m not positive what the wood is, but it looks like maybe pine, possibly hickory? Not really sure but they are gorgeous! The legs are pretty heavy and sturdy. You can see sand marks from the machine or electric tool that was used and I’m not certain this was sculputed out of one solid slab as I can see lines where they met the pieces after carving them. These are definitely in need of refinishings, one area has a ding but all these look like they should be easy to fix for a wood specialist. I have tried to picture the most obvious and biggest marks. This is a pair of antique adjustable Chandler-style table legs. At their lowest adjustment they measure 25" high and at their tallest adjustment they measure 29 1/2" high. The legs are 1 3/4" wide and the top adjustable piece are 3 1/2" wide. Vintage Antique Set of 4 Same Size Claw Bathtub Feet. These claw feet need to be sand blasted and they would look gorgeous painted or left to look natural. They are in good vintage condition under all the surface rust and paint build up but you look at the pictures to determine if you agree. We are not expert antique bathtub repairman. Three of them have their pattern still visible the Fourth ones pattern has been worn away over time as seen in the pictures. It can be put up against the wall though and wouldn't be noticeable that it is slightly different. Three have a bird claw holding onto a ball at the bottom of both feet.
