This set is in very good condition with no missing or broken pieces. It does have some normal wear due to age. But was used very rarely in a vacation condominium in SW Florida. The cane on the seat backs are near perfect- only one seems to have a small break in the cane(see photo close up) in about a 1 inch area which can be repaired without great cost. The table top finish is still beautiful, like new, without scratches and comes with a new- unused(in original box) formal table pad. The chairs and table base are in very good condition also. A couple of the wood joints could be tightened up(see photo) but this is a very solid and elegantly made set.
