IT MEASURES 54.5" X 17.5" X 27" TALL. IT HAS BAMBOO;LOOK LEGS AND CROSS PIECES ON THE BOTTOM AND FRETTE WORK ON ALL SIDES. THE TOP HAS AN INLAY DESIGN OF THE CHERRY IN THE MIDDLE. Selling a very chic custom made day bed cover. Estate purchase. Apparently this piece has been designed by a French designer. That outfitted ice cream parlors. 1950ties. Great english summer cottage item. Wonderful floral pattern on this bed. The colors are candy bright(salmon pink. Creams, greens, black) with a coordinating striped skirt. The entire piece is of quality craftsmanship, detailed work. The skirt is lined and so it the flap that connects the skirt to the top. I have taken several pics so that you can see the detail. Included is a bolster pillow cover. That has the stitched bottom opened, which was probably done to remove the cushion/pillow. 100% cotton fabric and lining. size: 71" x 28"wide skirt drop 12" condition: there is a strip on the bedcover that has sun bleach damage. See pic 6. You will see a pale pink ... morestrip about 1-2 inches wide. The bolster pillow also has several larger round areas of sun bleaching. See pics 9 and 10. What an interesting if slightly imperfect piece of vintage Santa Fe or Spanish Colonial style furniture. Many possibilities here. the frame is very light weight. So uncertain if you could actually switch out the spring for a bench? But the cushions definitely need to be replaced and/ or recovered. are worn and dusty. but what a lot of potential with various fabrics. Marked Mexico on inner part of frame and there are some inner dings/ bites to the wood- likely from spring being taken in and out? Also some paint marks and some dings to finish, esp lower front. There is 6 cushion covers for the sofa included in the listing- in the pictures I took them off all but one cover so you can see the covers are striped with velcour closures. Originial cushion covers are darker beige and have a zippered closure.The striped covers fit right over the originials. The original cushion covers are torn on the sides and a few buttons are missing- I am assuming that is why the owner recovered the sofa. The foam inside still looks good no drying. This auction is for a 1950's Vintage Mid-Century Retro Floral Green Couch and Chair that has been recovered in the 1960's. The color just pops off of the couch and chair. There are springs in the cushions. As well as, int he couch for better bounce. It has been been steamed cleaned by a professional the chair and the couch both just a few weeks ago. The couch underneath has a small rip in the black see through fabric. Please see pictures. One of the four metal bars has come loose and the black see through fabric will have to be pulled away in that area to tighten the bar back in place. They made things well years ago. There is a small worn area on the corner of one of the cushions on the couch but hard to see. When you remove the couch cushions you will see a stained area. Oxi clean can probably get that out. Vintage WKC Graefenthal Germany Bisque 1920's Woman Man On Sofa Figurine
Up for auction is this beautifully crafted figurine. It is made of bisque and features a roaring 1920's couple sitting on a pink sofa with gold glasses in their hands for a toast. Gold gilt accents the piece with tiny gold beads to further enhance it-I noticed on the mans leg there is a area without beads so they may have come off or they may never have been there. Not sure but doesn't take away from the look. Marked on back Germany 8574 WKC Graefenthal. It is approx. 6" tall and base is approx. 4 1/2" with no chips or cracks. Great for any collection.

1960's Vintage sofa-MINT-CamelbackQueen Anne style by Clayton Marcus-HOT PIECE
This prized rare sofa has beautiful lines; A camelback Queen Anne style gorgeous piece also has fabric in pristine condition. The seat cushion is removable and has a hidden zipper. But the couch was so minimally used that it is still super comfortable and supportive. The legs have some great detailing; the lines and the legs are the most unique and special aspects. The legs do have some minor scuffs that could easily be buffed out or even sanded and re-stained. Based on the type of tags, the manufacturer said this would have been from their first few years in business, so early 1960's. Vintage Barkcloth -Tropical Slipcover for sofa/daybed + 3 Pillows - LOOK
Vintage Barkcloth- burgundy is the main color with tropical flowers. I have a slipcover for a sofa. Daybed or patio type sofa. measuring 60" from welt to welt, there is a back drop of 14" and a 7" front drop, then the ruffle is another 7" Also included are 3 pillow covers with more of the tropical design. Each pillow cover measures 28" long x 17 1/2" The covers are detailed with a very nice welting and there are 3 snaps on the back of each cover. Look closely and you will see the detail that went into the making of this. Near the ruffle on the bottom of the sofa cover is a scalloped edge with more welting then the ruffle. Some wonderful person spent many hours making this. It would look great in a sun room- think rattan furniture. I hope this finds a fun and funky home!

1890 Empire Ribbon Mahogany Sofa Antique Vintage
The sofa had been my mother's for about 50 years. But had belonged to a friend and the friend's family, previously. An antique dealer has dated it, from the construction, to 1890. His comments: Your sofa is late Victorian. It's definitely mahogany with a very nice ribbon grain to it. I have restored several very similar. One of the problems inherent with the earlier ones(not this one) was that the legs would break in the area at the top of the leg(in a closeup pic) Toward the late 1880s to 1890s. Which is what yours is, they solved that problem by laminating 3 layers of wood in the legs, grain going different directions(like this one) so as not to split with the grain. The sofa was reupholstered in the 1960s or 70s. It’s exceptionally clean and well taken care of. Nonsmokers. No pets. The success of this design has been everlasting and as a result. The T4 series is still in production today 43 years after the design was released. The superior quality of these pieces means the three-seater sofa retails new at around $4000 today. Supremely comfortable with a unique, interesting design, the Tessa T4 range is some of the most successful Australian furniture ever. The T4 combines beautiful Scandinavian styling with superior construction qualities. As a result the T4 has won a host of design accolades in Australia and incredibly in Europe as well- when you experience the T4 in person though ... moreit’s not hard to see why. Designed in 1971 by influential Australian furniture designer, Fred Lowen(from FLER) the T4 is his most celebrated furniture design and as such is held in the Australian National Gallery. This is an early Tessa T4. It has one of their early labels under one cushion plus there are a couple of points pertaining to the way the cushions are done that verify the piece is early- definitely 1970’s. Most likely early to mid-70’s. The good news with this is that the quality of the leather on this one is assured and far more superior than the leather used on many of the newer T4s. In an attempt to compete with the onslaught of mass-produced cheap furniture coming out of Asia Tessa later introduced an option where customers could choose cheaper leathers to save money. You get what you pay for and most of these new leathers are exactly that- cheap. Leather on some of the new T4s has disintegrated in years. Not so with this piece- this leather is of the highest quality. Despite being around 40 years old the cushions show little wear from use- this is your guarantee that this leather will continue to age gracefully in the future. This colour is also great. Black

Mid Century Modern Harvey Probber Couch Ottoman Table Set Bookcase Vintage Sofa
Vintage Couch Set Wow! This auction is for a really nice and really amazing couch set that I found in a local home. The previous owner was an architect that worked in Saudi Arabia and in the Milwaukee area and back in the 1960s he went to Chicago and furnished his office and home with Herman Miller. Dunbar and Harvey Probber. Everything was custom ordered and here you get a four piece set that was really the center piece of his living room. All pieces were made by Harvey Probber but only the couch is marked with a tag– the tag also has the name of his Architecture firm on the tag as the company that ordered it. You get a very long, one piece 9 ft couch, ottoman, 10 ft. bookcase that was made to ship behind the couch and it has removable shelves in the center, and a really great square coffee table. The coffee table doubles as the storage ... morespace for the ottoman and the ottoman sits perfectly underneath. The couch and ottoman have a really fine yellow fabric typical of the 1960s and the long couch cushion is fully buttoned the entire length– on the top and bottom. The couch fabric is perfect and the cushions are really nice and soft. The ottoman fabric is very clean as well but the foam underneath is really crunchy and needs to be replaced. The only other thing I can say about the couch and ottoman is that one of the couch legs was broken and then it was glued, so it needs a little better repair. The coffee table is very clean with just a single burn mark near the center. The bookcase has some heavy finish wear on the top because it sat in the window and the sun did a number on it, but that would be VERY easy to fix. Just a great set and guaranteed authentic! Pick up only on this huge set but I will deliver as far as Chicago at a cost of around $200. Guaranteed old and authentic! I charge a 5.1% sales tax to all Wisconsin residents- sorry. It's mandatory! It features two arm rests that drop down to extend the sofa into a very large chaise that is great for napping! The leather used is a fine red color that has become rich and full of character since being built. All three cushions are soft. Comfortable, and can be ... moreremoved for easy cleaning. Tightly buttoned arm rests give the English leather sofa a classic feel while the shaped bottom and bun feet provide a unique flair. Hidden inside each of the four bun feet are small casters. These casters allow the sofa to roll, but are not so sensitive that it moves when you sit down on it. As mentioned. Both arm rests drop down. While in the upright position they stay in place by virtue of friction with the back rest. The height at which they lower down can be adjusted with the support ropes on either side. These ropes can be lengthened or shortened to achieve the optimal angle for the arms to drop to. While not sturdy enough to support being sat on while dropped, the arm rests can support either the head or feet of someone laying on the sofa. The sofa extends to 108″ wide with both arms dropped all the way. You will notice the maker’s label on the middle of the skirt across the bottom. The label reads“Dellbrook. England” Dellbrook Furniture Ltd started manufacturing in England in the 1960′s and continued to do so until about 10 years ago.
