Stuffing and re-tying of coils. in case you're wondering, the furniture does not have an old or musty smell. After being restored, the"old smell" is gone. Also, They have been in my smoke free home since 2005. The fabric is a deep red brocade. I am also willing to include the three tables in the pictures. for an additional $125.00 for all three) Those are circa 1940's. All three have been professionally re-finished. All are Mahogany. The rocker does have some damage on the back curved leg. See photo. It is missing a piece of wood. Other than that, they are in excellent condition, especially for being more than 130 years old! The couch measures roughly 53" arm to arm. And, approximately 32" from back to front. All pieces are completely useable. All can be sat in like any other normal piece of furniture. They are all very solid. This is a beautiful set. A rare find for a full set. Especially one that has been restored, but not refinished. Please Note: I have a $1495.00 price tag on this set of furniture. I am quite fond of this set. But am ready for a change in my house. However, I will not consider seriously low offers.
