We are pleased to offer this EXCEPTIONAL AND RARE design. Antique to vintage, bench, settee or chair. This is a fabulous piece that dates to the Mid Century(1950s- 1960s) The bench is a luxurious piece of fine quality. It features a French Provincial, Louis XVI style and form. The chair has a solid wood(no veneer) frame with fabric seat and removable arm cushions. The wood frame has a whitewashed finish in a cream, light tan color. It features carved/incised floral medallion accents at the tops of the legs as well as on the arms. The roll arm design is accomplished/accented with spindles. The legs are straight and tapered. The fabric is original. It is a minty green background color and is a flat weave. There is an abundant, textured(raised) iron scroll pattern in golden chenille. This is a beautiful and somewhat rare bench. It is in very ... moregood condition with minor evidence of age/use. The wood is very good with some minor wear to the finish, but nothing severe or distracting. The fabric is good with some evidence of use in the center. This area has a slightly faded color. My online research indicates it was probably made by Erhardt& Sonne in Germany about 1880. The set is in excellent condition. A treasure really. For its size it is quite heavy metal. The finish has been referred to by some as French Dore or gilded metal and is intricately embossed on all sides and bottoms. It has fine linen upholstery with fine embroidery. The tiny needlepoint seats and backs are a floral print with a pale green hue and expertly made. It has curved arms and cabriole legs. It has not been cleaned. Hot pink velvet vintage settee
Vintage settee- I recently had the wood lacquered a brilliant white and the entire chair re-upholstered with a hot pink velvet. Including double piping on the edges. The whole chair was refurbished with the highest quality in mind and is like new at this point. The chair measures 44" wide, 20" deep and 34 1/2" tall. The photos make the fabric look a bit more red than it is in reality- picture a deep, rich, hot pink. The flower features that are etched in the wood are incredibly sweet- this is a very special item.

JBM settee in walnut finish. This petit point upholstery has a motif across the center of the settee with several colors of flowers all around. The upholstery is done in petit point- needlepoint. This needlepoint was done on silk gauze. I do not know the exact stitch count but the scale is perfect for dollhouse furniture. The settee dimensions are 3 3/4" wide x 2" deep x 3 1/2" high. Listed is this unique Gilded Italian Rococo Canapé Settee. Dated; first quarter of 20 th Century. High relief pierce decorative crest continuing with sloping downward shape frame, absolutely stunning. Rolled outward scroll arms with tons of detail carving throughout the entire frame of the sofa. Decorative carving on the apron, held by cabriole legs terminating with scroll left feet. The size of this sofa is what drew my attention to it, nice deep seating with a tall back rest. Upholstered in cotton muslin fabric which can easily be recovered. High quality childrens sofa. originally from a childrens day centre) The frame work is made from solid beech in perfect condition, this seat is extremely low so even a very young child would be safe using this. my daughter is 9, she still used it. Cushion covers can easily be removed to wash. They do have a few marks on them, i dont feel they spoil this piece of furniture whatsoever, again cushion are very high quality, with one piece sponge cushion, which meets all fire regulations, measurments, 113x 43.
