Old Mission Style Hall Tree/ Coat Tree/ Umbrella Stand Oak Up for auction is a lovely old hall tree. The wood is oak. It has 2 umbrella holders. 6 hooks, one enclosed cabinet, and a shelf. I am not sure if the backboard(thinner) wood is oak. The dimensions are: 70" tall 27" wide 11" deep 7" wide umbrella opening. 6" wide at the bottom. The oak framework pieces for the umbrella section are 1 1/4" wide on top, and 2 1/4" wide at the bottom. The short shelf is 11" long x 3" deep Enclosed cabinet is 25" tall x 10" wide x 10" deep Small head nails used throughout. Please note: I do not think that the hooks are original to the piece. And multiple holes have been drilled over the years. The diamond shaped area was for a mirror, but I do not have the mirror. There are 8 original holes to ... morehold the mirror. There are 5 additional holes drilled into the backboard area that are not original. The enclosed cabinet has one shelf but only has only one support piece so the shelf is not installed. This is a beautiful and rare early 1900's oak arts and crafts glass top table. It is unsigned and very well crafted with high styling unusual forked legs and ornate cut outs. It is in excellent condition with mild general wear to the solid oak frame and a couple of areas of grain splitting on the corners and some small strips of oak veneer missing from the edges of the shelf. RARE Antique ART NOUVEAU SILVER MOUNTED MISSION OAK Beer WHISKEY Bottle STEIN
I have never quite seen anything like this before. This piece looks to be a Mission Oak beer stein but when you flip the lid open there is a small trough for taking a shot or drink. Or maybe an ashtray. And the bottom of this piece has carved out notches so you can give it a little twist and remove the bottom, revealing a hand carved hollowed out storage area. We did a silver test and the metal tested positive for silver. I am not sure the grade of silver as this piece is unmarked. The top is also personalized with the initials"AR" There is a patina to be found on the silver. And there is a dent on the top. Also there is a nick on the oak wood and a small thin hairline crack(both pictured) which does not effect the integrity of the piece at all. I am assuming that this piece was intended to store a bottle of alcohol of some kind. ... moreMaybe it was secret stash spot where no one would look. Or used for picnics or other similar occasions. Matched Pair of Mission Oak Style Footstools, Oak and Real Leather
Here we have a pair of footstools I built. I am a retired engineer. And I build these mission oak/ craftsman style footstools for a pass time. Each stool measures approximately 11" by 13" and stands 11" tall. The wood is red oak, stained to a medium golden color, minimally padded and finished with brown leather and antique brass tacks. I have had people ask for a matched pair, and here they are. All joints are either glued and dowelled or glued and notched in place. Good and rock solid construction. My work is as good as possible, but you may find a little"distress" in the finish, as I am not perfect. If you are not happy with the stools, I will accept them back and issue a refund. Nice Gustav Stickley mission oak lamp table. Features pegged thru tenon construction on the arching cross stretchers. Beautiful quartersawn oak on the top that is very nicely refinished. The apron has also been refinished but I believe the base to retain most of it's original finish. Sturdy and tight. No wiggle and no seam separation in the top. There is normal edge nicks and such including a check to one edge of a leg near the foot. Overall great condition. Measures 36" in diameter and 29" tall. Excellent mission oak slag glass lamp arts and crafts stickley era
This is a wonderful arts and crafts table lamp. Very nice color and wood selection with a fair amount of quartersawn oak used. Which is uncommon in most of these lamps. All original glass is intact and free of damage. I had to glue a couple of the pane dividers on the lower sections of the shade, but other than that it's in very good original condition. Brand new cloth style cord with a vintage style plug as well. I'm sure the socket is an older replacement. The shade is actually splined together at the corners and visible on top. Please see the pictures for evidence of this. The only negative about this lamp at all is that the bottom has an ever so slight warp to it. It's not too bad, but bad enough that the lamp wants to rock slightly on a level surface. A small felt pad on one corner will take care of the issue but I wanted ... moreto mention it for accuracy. JUST WAXED. NOT REFINISED. original dark oak stain but needs a few hours of work. Note the brake trough on some of the outside tendon joints and missing pegs. Its amazing to look at and a great piece to invest in. its all original but the top shelf has a crack in the center and someone took out the shelf, planed down the part under the crack and cleverly laminated another oak section under the crack- so the top of the top shelf is original. The underside needs to be stained where additional oak was added. By the way in case your not familiar with this the as a retired refinisher the stain you use to match this is MINWAX SPECIAL WALNUT not dark oak- it will match perfectly. Also note the heads of small finshing nails in the top shelf that need to be countersunk and filled. It measures a great height 36" 14 deep x 20 wide. Turn Of The Century Mission Style Oak/Chestnut Wood? Coat Rack(SEE ALL 12-PHOTOS) Nice overall condition with no structural issues. A nicely age appearance with no cracks. Chips or gouges. NOTE: One of the steel hooks looks to have been replaced at some point in the past(SEE PHOTOS#7 and#8) The hook is exactly the same as the other three. But the"ware/patina" is not at the point of the other hooks. Other than that, there's just your typical 100 years of"general ware" I can not tell for certain what wood is used. I believe it's either oak or chestnut. Measures 70" tall overall. The post is 2-1/2" x 2-1/4" and the base(leg width) measures 23-1/2" across. The steel hooks measure 6" long and stick out 3-5/8 inches. Unit weight: 14 lbs. 5 ozs.

Circa early 1900s. Specs: 41" tall from floor to top. 18 1/2" across, sticks out 11 1/2" from wall. Features 3 shelves- each one is 17" x 10 3/4" this wonderful piece actually folds up to 3 1/2" standing against wall, weighs in at approx. 13 lbs. Flat head screws hold each shelf to legs. Nails hold support rails in place. Noted issues: faint color ring on top shelf along with slight grain separation. Please note- I have not cleaned. Vintage New Haven Clock Co. mantle/ mantel/ shelf clock in the Mission Arts and Crafts style. Original paper label on back of clock describes this as the LOS SANTOS model. Made in 1904. This model is less common than the San Pedro model made the same year. I think the design is better& fits the Mission Style more. This is an 8 day, time& strike(gong) with brass movement, wood dial& oak case(approx. 14" tall) Original wind-up key& Pendulum included. Original dark oak finish to the case is beautiful. Clock runs(no guarantee, as it sometimes stops after 1 hour of running) gongs/strikes, but does likely need a cleaning. It has been in my family for over 100 years. Antique Oak Mission Library Table or Desk in Pasadena CA free local pickup
This is a original Mission Style oak library table. Not a reproduction. The top is 42 inches wide by 26 inches deep and it is 30 inches high. The top has a beautiful tiger oak grain pattern. It has one drawer, with the bottom right corner of the drawer face chipped off, and two bookshelves on each side. It has some issues but is sturdy and authentic and ready to be used as is or restored. You can see it and/or pick it up in Pasadena CA.

This is a beautiful vintage early 1900s Mission style rocking chair. This chair is heavy oak with a spring upholstered seat. The chair measures 32-1/2" tall and it is 24-3/4" wide and 21-1/2" deep without the rockers. The rockers are 32" The seat is 17" tall and 19" wide. The seat back is 19-3/4" tall. The chair is in excellent condition with no damage. The seat has probably been reupholstered. It is a light red fabric. This chair comes from a non smoking and pet free home. Signed McEvoy and framed in a old oak picture frame. This measures 16 x 26 ins. total, and the painting lone measures 10 x 20 ins. It appears to be watercolor on artist board, very well done. The painting is in good vintage condition, the frame in Fair/Good condition with some wear to the finish,chip off gold gesso, and some miter corner joint separations.It is quite heavy with the original glass.
