Dirt and some tiny paint specs. There is an indentation on the seat toward the back. The chrome is in very good condition with a few scratch marks and paint specs. This model does not fold completely flat as can be seen in the pictures. The top of the back is 27 3/4" The step is at 11" and the seat is at 22" Totally piece is 15" wide and 16" deep. A very nice Cosco step stool with a bright yellow vinyl seat pad. Stool is structurally sound with no missing parts or dents. It measures 33 inches by 16 inches when folded. When open it measures 33 inches tall and 22 inches to the seat. The seat is 14 inches by 11 inches and is in very good shape with the exception of one small missing flake of vinyl on the left top edge of the seat. The step is at 11 inches and show very little wear. There is surface rust on parts of the chrome but think most could be removed without causing much damage. But I know that it was made by the Anthony Company out of Los Angeles. The bassinet comes with a bassinet pad, and it has an excellent spaceship/egg shell design. It is made out of a thick plastic, and has 4 very light cracks in it(pictured) Nothing major, but I thought I should mention. The power cord works and the bassinet rocks back and forth.
