Drexel is a manufacture of high quality solid wood furniture. Please check the pictures for a better look at some of the wear on the vanity top and towards the bottom. It is still in great solid. Sturdy condition and the drawers are all dovetailed and clean. There is some finish rubbed off in areas toward the bottom front of legs(pictured) main wear is on left very bottom side(pictured) but there are other areas in the front that have finish rubbed off from age/use. There is some staining on the very right side top of vanity(pictured) This can be easily lightly refinished to make perfect. There may be some normal wear from age and use such as dings, scratches, rubs. Main areas of concern is pictured. The wood is appears to be a heavily grained fruitwood with a medium to dark stained finish. It has a gorgeous, inlay or stencil, geometric design on the table top and all four sides. Gorgeous brass inset drawer pulls and brass fasteners accent the face of the table. The table has a very unique, crossed leg, X base. This base is made of wood with a faux gilded finish. The legs are dressed with large wood knob finials on the ends. A vinyl/leather cross strap adds an interesting touch. This is a very unique and stunning piece. It is quite heavy(as you would expect from the manufacturing quality) It is in very good condition with minor and expected signs of age/use. There are a few minor scuffs and some wear to the gilded wood base. Designed by Milo Baughman, first released in 1955 these models are from the first year's production lines. Dog Bone" handles. Ample space, silver Elm wood, they are great looking. The top of the Buffet was refinished though there is still faint indications of a deep scratch. Minor scuffs here and there and the hutch has some discoloration on one side which I have seen occur in other products produced from Elm. Overall very very acceptable and very clean with no stains in the drawers or on the two shelves. This is a very hard piece to come by and is sought after. Solid Mahogany Drexel Pembroke Side Table - Very Fine Quality
This is a very fine quality Drexel Pembroke side table from their 18th Century collection. The piece is dated 8/83 making it over 30 years old and it's condition relatively superb. The piece is absolutely stunning! The proportions and posture are elegant. The brass pull and inlays on either side of the drawer really bring it together. The single small drawer is finely crafted with dovetail joints all around. Solid mahogany front, super smooth operation, precise and snug fit, and perfectly aligned and positioned front face when closed. But nothing used is flawless and I captured them the best I could in the photos. There are some faint polish cloth swirl marks on the top but you must look at the piece under the right lighting and angle to notice it. I am anal about condition and would rate it a 4.3 on a scale from 0.0 to 5.0 with 5.0 being ... moremint. The piece is 27" tall and 28" long. With the leaves down the width is 19.5" and 34" with them up.

Drexel Heritage Dining Table + 8 Chairs
Nearly impossible to find Drexel Heritage dining set. It's from their Sketchbook series. Superior construction. SOLID fruitwood and burl wood. They simply do not make this quality anymore. The table is very. Very heavy and the legs are approx. 6 inches thick. The top of the table is a Burlwood square pattern. You also get two leaves that extend it to accommodate 10 chairs. The 8 chairs(6 plus two arm chairs) are expertly hand painted. Solid fruit wood and recently re upholstered in a taupe/ivory color windowpane print material. The re upholstery was also using high quality expensive material. This has been lovingly cared for since my parents purchased it in 1978. We had many family meals and celebrations on it. There are 2 doors on bottom which open to large display area and on left there are 3 drawers with original brass and walnut knobs. All I have is a cheap camera. So these photos are not the best, SORRY! I DON'T know style. So I put Federal. Please correct me and I will gladly change that. This Chest of Drawers is for LOCAL PICK UP ONLY. It is in home in Palos Verdes Estates in Los Angeles County. I accept PayPal only. This Chest of Drawers looks very nice. But two of the bottom drawers rub/stick due to the moisture in air. This older house is very close to ocean and has no ceiling fans. Item has been in this house for 7 yrs. Once you get it to new location the moisture should dry out. All the drawers worked fine when I had chest in different house. I bought this item as USED 35 years ago. So it has a few years on it! There are 5 deep drawers. Says Drexel in top drawer. Made of solid wood. Mahogany is a hard wood. It is very difficult to find items made of solid Mahogany ... moretoday. Drawers are dovetail. There are nicks and scratches on it. It has been gently used over the years. Was always in non-smoking home. Has been cleaned and polished. Looks very nice. Size is about 36 W x 22 D x 51 H. 44" round table. With 3, 12" leaves. Expanding the table to 44" x 80" Set also includes 2 arm chairs and 4 side chairs. With beautiful mid century Danish modern lines and spindle backs. The seats are covered in a beautiful textured teal vinyl fabric(easily cleaned, but looks like a silk fabric from a distance) The original red short nap chenille is under the vinyl. This is a highly collectable line of furniture. The Drexel Profile furniture collection was designed by John Van Koert. And it was in production from 1955 to 1961. Van Koert started out as a jewelry designer for Harry Winston after WWII and later branched into industrial design. He also is well known for designing silver for Towle. The Coffee Server's top unfolds for serving hot dishes and coffee. It is all solid wood. The joints have been dove tailed and the hardware is in excellent shape. It is an absolutely beautiful piece. The hutch is of the same exact stain and design as the coffee server. Again. It is solid wood. All shelves are included. There is a scratch on the upper right hand side of the hutch.
