I am very proud to offer for sale this cupboard/cabinet door with a rendition of one of Laurel Burch’s famous felines gracing the front. I have four of these cabinet doors for sale. Most of the bright kitties from Laurel’s book“Fantastic Felines. I painted these in mixed media and at the end of the project, embellished them with Swarovski crystals and special trims. They were such a cheerful way to start the day! I couldn’t part with them…and so, when I moved out of my apartment, the cupboard doors went with me(landlord did OK it! There are four cabinet doors for sale. Each one measuring 14” X 17.5” You can use them as pictures or, if you have an artist’s studio, these would be a very colorful way to utilize some storage cabinets. Welcome: I will be listing a good variety of items this week see my other auctions to combine shipping. I am offering up for auction 2 Old vtg CUPBOARD cabinet DOORS re-purpose set lot. This came from a estate sale here in Pa. We bought these for out garage and yet another project my husband never finished haha. We are downsizing and do not need them. I found these in the garage they are hollow wood(launa I think) and these need cleaned or better yet repainted. They have a rounded over edge on the front and comes with 2 door knobs and 4 hinges still attached. These were off a wall mount type cupboard we think. These are a thin wood and are painted. These have lots of use marks. Paint loss, scratches and use marks. I am not sure what the wood looks like under this is the way we bought it several years ago. There are some newer nails on the top, where the piece is missing. It looks as if someone used these to refasten the missing piece. Lots of character, like the mice holes on the front and on the back at the base. It stands almost 4' high, 30" wide and 16.75" deep. The hinges on the door are loose and will need to be tightened. This measures 16" 10.5" x 10.5" I love all the patina on it- it has been loved well. I have never fussed with the door. Sometimes it stays closed and sometimes it doesn't. Antique Primitive Pine Hanging Corner Cupboard Paint inside VERY UNUSUAL & OLD
Up for bids is this very unusual primitive. True Antique hanging corner cupboard. This corner cupboard is guaranteed to be antique. This cupboard has so much character. I've never seen one quite like it. This is a rather small hanging cupboard. It measures only 21" across the front and 17 1/2" tall. The shelves are 8" deep through the middle from back corner to the front. While this was built to hang on the wall it can also be used sitting on any surface. It sits very evenly and can be used anywhere. This could hold quite a few canned goods but I have shown a few only in the viewing area so you can get an idea of the size. The cupboard shows appropriate wear. Some loss of trim. Some splitting of wood and on the lower right side some loss of the edge. This piece has old irregular nails and rivets. The back corner has a hanging ... morepiece of hardware that is most unusual that is pushed through the back corner but does not show inside the cupboard. Those two fellas have the most discriminating eyes in the business! The graining is WONDERFUL! It measures 33" high. 28" wide and 17.5" deep. It is trimmed in original red paint. The screens are copper! The Interior shelv ing is also original to this piece. I have this piece sitting in a corner of my living room with a big glass lamp on the top with assorted other antiques. Antique Pennsylvania Mahogany Corner Cupboard 1851 16 Pane Whittled Glass in MD
For auction is an early Federal style corner cupboard with crown molding. Arched whittled glass doors above 2 doors below, old square nails, beaded trim detail. Top piece includes 3 shelves behind 16 pane wavy glass. Below, a separate piece, is one drawer, 2 false drawer fronts over a 2 door cabinet. Marked inside with a date from 1851 for Jonas Snobel( hard to read) in Pennsylvania. A great piece of Americana with a large storage capacity. Contents of cupboard in pictures are not included. Condition: Doors all work. Hardware is replaced from original with glass knobs. Veneer around false drawer front is chipped(see picture) Some chipping on front section. Possibly missing original ogee feet. Measurement: 83" high x 47" wide x 36" deep. Local pick up in Frederick MD about 1 hour north of Washington DC.
