There is one small area on the top of the right glove box where the finish is a bit worn, but with a little oil, this should clean up nicely. The chest has the original finish and the mirror has the original glass intact. There are a few light surface scratches to the finish from general use, but it has been very well cared for, and is in amazing condition. There is a small sticker remnant on the mirror frame as well. I am unsure of the exact age or manufacture of the piece, but I do know that was originally contructed between 1900 and 1920. The chest has straight legs that taper slightly towards the bottom, with original casters.

This clock is Waltham. With walnut case. The oval face is glass. Clock measures 14 x 12" It is wind-up and it does run. 1888 is marked on the bottom and I believe that is the year made. Also 1238. Which is probably model number. As to condition. There is a piece of wood about 1" long missing to the left top of face. At the very bottom, there is a bit of scuffing. Antique Empire Dresser with Beveled Swivel Mirror 1860s Burled Walnut Located on Long Island. NY This is a very old. Large antique dresser with a swivel, framed beveled mirror. It has the original finish, which I believe is flame burled walnut, with a beautiful wood grain and patina. The end pieces on the base and the mirror supports are carved. The drawers have dovetail joints. Keyholes and the original glass pulls(keys are not included) I purchased this dresser in Atlanta 25 years ago. I was told it was a Civil War era piece dating to the 1860s. Although I have no way of verifying that. The drawers are very large and roomy. This is typical of pieces made at that time. As clothes were stored flat in drawers. This is a large. Solid piece measuring 54 in wide x 26 in deep x 35 in high. The mirror with frame measures approx. 46 in across x ... more37 in high. Overall. This piece is in good condition, but it is old and does have some imperfections. The top surface is very blotchy from what were probably water stains. In addition, the veneer is split on the top right drawer with some pieces of veneer missing, and there is a blemish on the lower left corner of the mirror(please see photo) I don’t see any other major issues with this piece, but please feel free to ask questions. Beautiful late 1800s British Victorian mahogany dresser top vanity mirror. Made of mahogany veneers. Solid mahogany and pine secondary woods. The piece has two pull-out drawers and a center storage area with lid. Overall measurement is 25 1/4" wide x 31 1/2" tall x 12 3/4" deep. Finish is in very good condition. This piece has been meticulously carved by hand, and no opportunity for adding elegance has been missed. Includes all original hardware and mirror. This sideboard separates into two pieces in case you only want to use the buffet portion on the bottom. The sides of the hutch include intricately carved finials and small"shelves" for displaying your favorite small items(I used antique perfume bottles) and small painted plates. There is a small crack along the left side of the buffet close to where it meets the hutch, which I assume is due to its travel from England. This"Charles Eastlake" style lady's dresser has been in our family for more than 140 years. It belonged to my great grandmother. A gift from her new husband on their wedding day in the early 1870s. She was 15; he, 31. The dresser is made from deep red cherry or mahogany wood. The piece is in wonderful condition except for a few minor flaws(shown) For five generations of women, it has never been used for anything but its original purpose, a lady's vanity above and three-drawer clothes chest below. A 7 3/4 x 16 1/4 inch marble insert is centered on the top front surface. In addition to three large drawers below. It has jewelry or glove drawers on each side of the top and two small knick-knack shelves on either side of the mirror. The total height from the original porcelain casters to the rounded finial on top is 75 inches. ... moreThe maximum depth from front to back is 18 1/2 inches and the width is 35 1/4 inches. The mirror is on a swivel. Allowing it to be adjusted back and forth vertically. The mirror dimensions are 11 1/4 x 19 inches and the unbeveled glass is too clear to be original. The three drawers below have interior dimensions of 29 inches wide, 13 1/2 deep. The front of each lower drawer has a burled inset(probably faux) typical of Eastlake furniture. The glove and jewelry drawers are 6 1/2 inches wide, 13 1/2 inches deep. All 8 knobs are original. This dresser was manufactured in an American factory or shop. Probably in the Midwest, following design concepts of English architect and designer Charles Eastlake. His ideas were disseminated in his book Hints on Household Taste in Furniture. Upholstery and other Details, first published in England in 1868. And then in United States in 1872. Eastlake pieces, though contemporary with Victorian furniture, 1870-1890, are actually anti-Victorian. He called for angular, notched and carved pieces, deliberately opposed to the curved shapesof French Baroque Revival Styles prevalent in the Victorian era. for sale a wonderful pierced carved victorian rococo walnut dresser vanity or possibly a shaving stand. depends on what you want as to what you call it. it is a great piece presented in original finish with wonderful patina. it is in near mint condition with the exception of a small repair. Looks as if screws have been replaced on one of the back swivel mount pieces. there are no weakness or problem and the function is perfect, but it has been tweaked a bit. it is 30 inches wide and sits on great carved rococo feet. the base has three hinged caskets for whatever you want to put in them. it is 12 inches deep, extending one inch behind the mirror base. the mirror base and harp are of wonderful form and design. the base and harp are pierced carved in the finest fashion. it is 33 inches in overall height. the harp houses an oval frame which contains ... morethe original mirror that is nearly perfect. there is the minutest amount of sliver loss. these are hard to find especially in the shape this one is in. the three caskets are a 9.5 inch oval in the center and two 6.5 inch round ones on either side of the central oval one. someone will be proud to own this great piece. it may be picked up at my home and shipped at buyer's expense. i have owned about 4 of these in 40 years, none any nicer than this one, but all sold for a lot more than i am starting this one at. i had one that i had a little dresser base for it to sit on. it sold for about 3000 a few years back. anyway, if you are on your toes you can get a bargain here. a rare and fair find and wonderful in every way.

A shelf in the middle and draping down the center while the pull ring has beading texture. The hardware has a type of a glimmer to it along with a hint of green. The back shows that it was poured copper but the screw looks only a couple decades old. Measurements: 1 ¾ inches long and 1 1/14 inches wide. American Empire Antique Wig Chest Dresser Crotch Flame Mahogany~Marble Top 1825
Here we have a very Rare Empire Dresser for your consideration. This is a very fine Wishbone Mirrored Dresser with side wig curio cabinets. These dressers have always been the Cadilac of Empire Dressers. But this one is one of the finest we have ever seen. The burled or Flame Mahogany is fantastic. The colors are just beautiful. We do not have the exact history. But the party we bought the dresser from, told us that this dresser was saved in Katrina from the Huricane in New Orleans. It was transported north and sold to raise money for the people who once owned it there. We bought it from the next party who purchased it. The dresser is of such fine quality, and has all original parts. The only thing it may need is some new screws in the back when the wig cabinets mount. At the moment it is all assembled and they were not needed. But when the ... moredresser comes to its new home, that is one addition we would suggest is new screws in the back area. The wood on every side is pristine on this piece. The only thing you would find is normal wear from a dresser of such a grand age. All that is needed is a nice polish and this piece is ready to set up and be displayed with pride. The dresser is 77" tall by 43" wide by 21" deep. The mirror attaches on each curio side with wooden screws and original knobs. The drawer fronts have the carving at the top and bottoms and the matched grain of the wood is outstanding. This piece could be by the famous cabinet maker Thomas Day. As even the sides of the dresser have fantastic matched graining. The hand made dove tails and brass locks, are all top notch and fine quality. The marble top inset is beautiful thick Italian Marble with nice grain and detail. There are no chips, nor cracks on the marble. It could use a polish from a marble professional. But the patina and wear only adds charactor to the piece. The design is very ornate.roses/flowers in the middle surrounded by scrolled leaves and flowers with complete designs at each end. The table runner/dresser scarf has a beautiful copper sheen with red. Pink and green flowers around the edges with some recessed stitching to add contrast with stitch finished edges. Antique Early 1900's Cut Glass Powder Or Dresser Jar With Brass & Cloisonne Lid
The jar has no makers names or marks. There is a 1/4 inch by 1/4 inch chip on one of the feet and some smaller chips on the feet. The brass lid has a small dent. The enamel on the cloisonne lid is in good condition and I do think it is original because it fits so well. The jar is 4 1/2 inches tall and 4 inches wide. Satisfaction is guaranteed and if there is a problem just let me know and I'll take care of it. I do not end my auctions early so please don't ask also don't ask me to. Upcycled Distressed Antique Vanity Dresser
This piece has been upcycled using chalk paint. The mirror is detached and is used to hang on wall. The colors are Turquoise and Red( Chalk paint the colors reads Florence and Emerald Silk) and item has been painted using a little distressed look. The dimensions of the dresser is 42"L X 19"W X 27"H. The mirror is 29" X 29" In great condition.

Vnt Antique Art Nouveau Travel Dresser Vanity Soap Box Sterling Silver Kerr 1700
Very nice antique soap container made of solid sterling silver. hallmarks on the lip. See photos. Needs cleaning. Has a few ding here and there see photos. Box opens and closes as it should. Karpen Antique Single Bed and Dresser and mattress, from early 1900's
This is a gorgeous piece of antique furniture. I purchased it in the early 70's and it has been with me in my guest bedroom. With my doll collection, all these years. It has probably been slept in 10 times as my other guest bedroom has a king size bed. But the family has grown and our 5 year reunions are at our house. So we have decided to sell this set and put in another king bed. It is in excellent condition, no broken legs, all original hardware,all original wood, beautiful painted flowers on the dresser and foot of the bed. Karpen label on both the dresser(in top drawer) and on back of headboard. Headboard and dresser have the same scallop design on top. This is a very heavy bedroom set, weighs too much to ship. Antique TOY Child's Doll Dresser Blue and White w Mirror / Painted Flower Drawer
Offering for your consideration a sweet little wooden toy dresser from the 1920's-1930's period. The toy dresser has the original blue and off white paint with a small yellow and green flower hand painted on the top drawer. It also has the original mirror. Which can be moved in place. The dresser measures 13 1/2" tall by 11" long by 5" deep. There are a few very minor paint wears here and there as might be expected on an antique toy. The overall condition is excellent. very nice set of early 1900 jars one is a hair receiver the other a power jar on has a chip on the rim witch is not seen when the lid is on they both have lite denting on the marked sterling lids hand hammered tops with fancy imbossed pattern they are both very clean but might have a slight ding or flea here and there nothing major the bottom has the proper ware as expected and one top has what looks like the letter B the the sides are beveled cut 9 sides and the bottom has a star cut pattern they shine nicely in the light and are clean.they came from a wealthy estate. Set of ten stunning antique brass dresser or drawer pulls. There are two sizes: Large(six included) 2 5/8" center of screw to center of screw. 2 1/4" tall by 3 3/4" wide. Mounting screws 1 1/4" long. Barley twist handles. Smaller(four included) 2 1/16" center of screw to center of screw. 2" tall by 2 7/8" wide. Mounting screws 1 3/8" long. Plain handles. All screws are good and stable. Each has a bolt. The handles are in really beautiful condition and have a fabulous patina. Shipping will be via Priority Mail and will cost approx. $6.50.
