This auction is for a set of 6 ladderback chairs in excellent condition. The chairs are from northern Minnesota and are dated from the early 1920's to the 1940's by a certified appraiser. The rush seats are new and unused. The chairs are sturdy and have wear appropriate to their age. One chair has some scratches to the surface and the backs of a couple of the chairs show surface wear. The Table is 38" wide, 62" long when extension are put away and 96" with the open extensions. The Side Board is 66" long, 21" wide and about 37.5" high. It has 2 end doors, 1 large bottom middle drawer with silverware holder and 1 smaller center to drawer. It also has a glass top that sits on top of it. There are 6 chairs only 1 has arms. This set has a lot of detail carvings in all spots of it. This looks to have been well cared for but does have normal scratches and fades in the wood from use. Turn of the century antique American twisted wire soda fountain table and 4 matching chairs. Markings on the bottom of one chair can be read stating"A H. Andrews Co. Manufacturers, Chicago, Patented April 16, 89& July 10" The year on second patent can not be read. Chair inset seats are original, I have not redone them because of being marked, so they are original and fragil. We didn't sit on them. There is a gap on the table top of about 3/8" it was that way when I purchased it in 1976. The heavy guage mill-rolled iron of chairs and table legs finish is black but in wear areas you can see copper coating. The only reason I am getting rid of this set is because of lack of space.

Please scroll down the page to see additional photographs of this item. 4 DUTCH ANTIQUE MINI DOLLHOUSE FURNITURE SILVER CHAIRS 17th CENTURY STYLE Offered in this sale is a fine set of 4 Dutch miniature silver chairs. Of a size certainly intended for use in a dollhouse. The 17th-century style chairs feature very solid and fine quality construction and a three rung ladder back. The top back splat is nicely shaped. The top of each rail and the end of both arms have ball finials. The seats are engraved with an imitation of rush. See sellers other auctions for other silver miniature furniture. Marks: The underside of each seat is hallmarked. One stamp is difficult to read. It is a maker's mark. The other hallmark is the Dutch scepter small article mark signifying 833 purity silver. It is difficult to determine the age of these chairs. The ... morescepter mark would indicate a date after 1814. However many Dutch pieces had the scepter mark added years after the original production. These pieces were purchased with a large lot of 18th-century silver miniatures. I believe these pieces were made in the 1800s, but perhaps earlier. The quality is quite fine, certainly far superior to the vast majority of silver dollhouse miniatures. Dimensions: 2 7/16 inches or 62 mm. in height. The total weight is 160 grams or 5.1 troy ounces. Extremely heavy for dollhouse miniatures. Condition: Excellent with no damage. I am selling these gorgeous French Gothic style antique chairs. They are in great condition. Very sturdy and solid and newly reupholstered in a rich cream fabric. I believe they are oak, but I am not sure of my woods. Dimensions are 41" high, 20" wide, 20" deep, and 18" seat height. They have beautiful carvings and finials and the wide seats are very comfortable. I love them but I think I need plain chairs for my ornate table that you see in the photos. Some of the bolts are not original but you would never notice. One chair is missing one bolt. Easy to replace at almost any home improvement store. I would prefer these were picked up in person but I will ship anywhere in the continental United States for 145.00. In order to ship the chairs they will need to be disassembled. Because the chairs bolts are square and they have brackets it takes some time to disassemble and will take time to reassemble.
