I am only giving it up as I have inherited a family bedroom suite and need the room. Beautiful brass ornate pulls(all there) Glass tops are on dresser and nite stands as well as vanity all there. Dresser is 50 inches wide and has mirror 46 inches wide small thin piece of trim on front of dresser is missing but is easily replaced Armoire is 37 inches wide and 79 inches tall the original key is still with it The armoire door is not latching but would be easy to fix. I show a picture of the inside of the armoire, there is a rod inside of armoire with a small drawer. The vanity is 42 inches wide with matching ornate mirror and drawer. The 2 nightstands both have a door that opens for storage they are 22" wide. The bed head board is adorned with flowers has a small area of paint missing. Bed is 67 inches across and 58 inches tall. It would easily accommodate a 3/4 full or queen mattress. There is not a footboard or side rails it was not made for them. An old French cupboard or armoire for your antique doll. The old pine cabinet is 13" tall to the top of the tallest part. 7 1/4" wide, and 3" deep. It features a vintage fabric panel in the door, which may have originally had a mirror or glass in that spot. Inside, there is a single shelf that is somewhat wobbly. A drop down desk is also included. Just pull up a chair. The arched pinnacle with etched mirror opens for storage of most anything. In addition, there are 3 drawers. The small top drawer is 4 inches deep and is approximately 16 1/2" x 16 1/2" square. The bottom larger two drawers are 9 inches deep and are, also, 16 1/2" x 16 1/2" square. Norwegian Immigrant Hand Carved 1880 Antique Pine Armoire. Item# B-19692. Hand crafted in Wisconsin by a Norwegian immigrant about 1880. This wonderfully made country pine armoire is picturesque. Entirely hand carved with rustic folk motifs. Every surface is charmingly irregular. The finish is in excellent condition, preserving traces of old paint, see photos. Door panels are raised and hand chamfered. The interior is 16" deep and has carved wooden clothes hooks at the top. It could be fitted with a closet pole or shelves as desired. This French walnut armoire or wardrobe from around 1900 has a magnificent hand carved shell motif crest. The original warm brown finish is extremely well preserved on this superior quality furniture from France. Waxed and buffed. All that is needed to maintain its warm patina is an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth. Diamond matched panels and curved sides are beautiful. The key is a handle only. The lock on the door does not work. Lift off hinges are original. The interior is oak and birdseye or curly maple, the shelf adjusts on wooden supports and interior depth is 16 1/2. This little armoire is darling! i am a sucker for this old painted furniture and wind up with more than i can fit in sometimes: i love the color and the painting! this is doll furniture or doll house furniture. it might have come from an old room box i have no idea. I bought it on ebay quite some time ago. the interior is original, it was packed like this inside when i got it. all rolled up little fabric bolts and rolls and linen type things and some little objects and ribbons on the top shelf. the painting and painted design is in excellent condition there is a little closing wooden flap that turns down over the door to keep them shut. it is pre war. it says made in germany on the bottom. some of the design is done in relief. it is charming and very solid built. you might call this a wardrobe not sure. Antique Edwardian Wardrobe / Media Cabinet / Armoire - Vintage Furniture
An ornately carved Edwardian oak knockdown cupboard measures 6' tall. 4' wide and 21" deep- perfect for a 42" TV. The shelf in the upper corner will hold today's cable box or game console. The doors latch to close, and have a key to lock, or will stay open easily. The hardware is ornate and functional. The carving and hardware have middle eastern inspiration. We would estimate pre-1920s(early Downton Abbey days) though we don't know the lineage. This sturdy piece is amazingly light and as a knockdown has latches to take it apart in 4 pieces for easy transport. The black shelf was added to accommodate a good watching height from the sofa. It is not attached. We will deliver in central Ohio.
