Vintage Chinese Silver Filigree Jade with Enamel Flower Bracelet and Brooch
This beautiful well made Jade bracelet is being auctioned off. Made in China circa 1950 it has a vermeil finish that does show some age. However still appears a warm golden color. That said, the turquoise and lilac enamel flowers are in mint condition, with no cracking or chipping. Jade stones measure 1/2 inch across and 3/4 inch in length. These doomed marbled jade cabochons are smooth and glossy and test for jade. The bracelet measures slightly less than 7 and 1/4 inch in length. The closure is tongue in box and closes securely and is stamped silver. This bracelet shows no irregularities or signs of repair. The bracelet is of substantial weight. Along with this bracelet comes a matching lovely Jade brooch measuring 1 1/4 inches long and a just a tad short of 1 inch. Jade is somewhat darker in brooch. INCREDIBLELY DETAILED Vintage CHINESE Silver& Malachite BUTTERFLY Colorful Enamel Filigree BRACELET Mid 20th Century c. 1950'sThe bracelet has seven(7) genuine Malachite gemstone jeweled butterfly motif tonneau shaped links. It measures approximately 7 1/2" in length. The fancy colorful jeweled links each measure approximately 1" X 3/4"very good to excellent overall vintage condition. The bracelet is fitted with a properly functioning and secure silver safety chain. The hinges and clasp all work correctly and securely. Vtg Asian (Chinese?) Silver clad copper Filigree & Enamel Dragon Bracelet
This is a Vintage Asian(Chinese? Silver plated copper filigree and Enameled 3-panel bracelet. Bracelet features a large central panel with an etched bone(scrimshaw? picture in the middle with enamel flowers and leaves surrounding it. Each side panel features a detailed enameled dragon. The bracelet closes with a tongue and slot clasp. There is a small area on the right side panel where turquoise enamel(1/4 inch) is missing or worn. It is noted in the photo of this panel with a small white arrow. The Bracelet measures 6 3/4 inches in length(excluding clasps) The picture is 1 3/8 inches high by 1 inch wide in a filigree frame. The middle panel is 2 1/8 inches high by 2 1/2 inches wide. And the side panels are 1 1/4 inches high at the widest part by 2 inches in length. The panels do not lay flat. They have a curve to them which makes it fit ... morearound the wrist very comfortably. It weighs 1.25 ounces on my digital scale. I am not a jewelry expert; this bracelet is from my aunt's estate which I am attempting to settle for numerous heirs. I do not know the country of origin. My uncle was stationed in Japan at the end of WWII. And he sent my aunt a number of gifts. I do not know if this bracelet is Japanese or Chinese since it not marked. It is very much like other bracelets I have noted on Ebay that are marked as Chinese. I took it to three jewelers. All said the filigree is silver clad copper. And that they only purchase silver and gold jewelry to be melted down. They all advised me to put it on Ebay. So that is what I am doing. I will ship only to the United States and Canada.
