For sale is this very unique antique from early 1900s Chinese sterling Silver hinged bracelet. Very unique design with mesh base and applied filigree flowers and leaves. There is a genuine carlved calmon coral rose in the center. Adorned with another small coral cab and ruby red cut past stones. Not signed. The sterling silver contents were tested. The front pannel is adorned with two rows of oval hand cut paste stones in amethyst and blue topaz color. Really nice and genuinely old. It is in wonderful condition with no losses or breaks. This is a magnificent Vintage/Antique Chinese Sterling Silver Gilt Carved Carnelian Filigree Bracelet. There are three. Large, hand-carved rich Carnelian stones in Buddha likenesses, each one slightly different and surrounded by beautifully raised and intricate filigree work. The bracelet measures 7" length and it is just under 1 3/4" in width and it weighs a very substantial 86 grams. It's stamped"Silver" under the clasp, but I also had my jeweler test this and it is sterling under the gold gilt. The carved Buddhas on each side each have a small crack which I didn't even notice until I photographed this piece, photo 3,5) and I'm not sure if there are part of the natural stone or if it is from age and wear. ANTIQUE CHINESE 925 STERLING SILVER FILIGREE BRACELET, THREE IMMORTAL INSERTS
Offered for your bid is this beautiful collectible antique Chinese sterling silver bracelet with hand carved ox bone immortal inserts. The bracelet measures 7" long from end to clasp end and is 1" wide. Each of the three carved immortal inserts measure 7/8" x 3/4" The back is marked Silver China on the three inserts and the end of the clasp has 925 in a circle impressed. The filigree work is very intricate and the carvings are complete with no breaks. The clasp fastens securely. I cleaned the bracelet lightly and it shows a nice patina. There is a very low opening and no reserve on this lovely collectible bracelet. Please pay by paypal within 3 days of the auctions close.thank you.
