This bracelet has a stunning pierced design of flowers. Vines and flowers. The hinge and closure are chased silver. I have not tested the silver content of the silver. The silver section is marked with a block CHINA signature. The hinge is missing a small rivet which makes the hinge just slightly loose on one side. The bracelet measures just over 1 3/4" wide. The bracelet measures 9" around on the outside so should easily hold a 7" or so wrist. The bracelet is quite stunning. The silver could use some cleaning. The wood is free from any damage. From an estate collection. This is a fabulous Chinese export art deco bracelet with large antique carved jade red carnelian panels set in very delicate filigree setting. It looks like silver over copper that is evident that the bracelet is very old. Weight: 38.01 grams. Length: 7" Width: 1 7/16" in the middle tappers to 7/8" at both ends. Stamped Made in China Silver on the clasp. I'm uncertain of its age but this was from the estate of a well respected antique dealer. Its design makes me think it is from the Art Nouveau period. 1890-1910. It measures 7 1/2 inches long by 1 1/2 inches at its widest. It is in very good condition. Chinese Export Silver Jadeite Carved Enamel Coy Fish Bracelet
This is an outstanding carved jadeite enamel bracelet that is in near mint condition. I have changed from mint in this decription to avoid any problems with buyers who may feel in their interpretation that this is not in perfect condition as these are very old bracelets. The bracelet is hallmarked silver on the clasp. Coy fish enamel work embellish this heirloom piece. The jade disks have absolutely no chips or flaws. The enamel is bright with no major fade. There are a few small pieces of enamel off(SEE PICTURE) but this is hardly noticeable and the silver is bright with only a slight bit of tarnish that can be cleaned off easily.
