These hand made earrings are from an estate and they are in pristine condition. I think they sat in a jewelry box for years. They have a hook closure ear wire. The turquoise measures 8 mm x 10 mm. Antique Brooch Lacy Metal Fillagree Flower w Leaves Prong Set Rhinestones
This is a ladies Antique Brooch or pin. It is made of a light weight metal. I think it is silver plate but don't know for sure because of the tarnish. Tarnish has a coppery color. Large lacy filligree flower shape. It has eight leaves in the middle. There is a large faceted pink rhinestone in the center. Around the edges are 8 rhinestones all prong set. They rise above the flower. The pin measures 2 1/2 inches across. The pink center stone is 3/4" long x 1/2" wide. Each of the side stones is 3/8" across. There is a straight bar pin on the back on a hinge. It fastens into a bent metal hook. It is quite lovely. I can only imagine how pretty it will be cleaned up.

Important Rare Chinese Fillagree Antique Purse Handbag
This is a stunning piece. Age is a guess 1850-1920. It kind of has that flapper look but I do not believe the Chinese got into that. Probably older than that period. I would say bronze or brass. I believe this is a one of a kind piece of art done by a highly skilled metal worker. I have never seen anything so finely detailed in a purse or anything else for that matter. The frame has little painted oriental scenes probably in enamel. The real work is in all the little individual frames that are"chained together" These are smaller than a dime and the hearts are even smaller. If you look closely you will see that each"frame" is finished a little differently. Therefore not done with metal molds. Each was hand done and probably took months to finish. What a fine piece this is. Not a cheap piece of costume jewelry. I believe someone spent many hours designing and making it. It may have been made in Europe. I can not find a name for the style of clasp that was used. The cameo in the center is really beautiful with such great details like the flower with its leaves and the tails of a ribbon. I don't know what the Cameo is made from. The blue stones are facet cut on both sides and bezel set. I am not sure what the blue stones are made of.I don't know what the metal is but it's soft enough to be made into the lovely Filagree spirals.The piece is about 7 inches long. Antique Gold tone Brooch from Germany, fantastic beauty, fillagree sides & back
This is an antique gold tone. Fairly large brooch from Germany. The technique used to create this hand painted 3 dementional beauty is unknown to me. If anyone is familiar with it please send me a note. The pin itself has the'made Germany' on the slim shaft,and it appears to be the original, a safety protection pin. The front has Roses in full bloom either under or on top of a smokey but see-through slightly blue tint material that may be glass but I don't feel all the characteristics of glass. There are 4 crystals at each'corner' of this round brooch. The back is as pretty as the front with the filagree gold tone metal work that is seen at the edge of the brooch in front and covers the back. I see no wear on either side and it has been in this collection for several years getting bumped I am sure there may be some scuffs ... morethat I did not see even with my jeweler's loop. Around the head and on the band have open metal work called filigree. The ring is made of sterling silver. Nice conversational piece if you like antique and or vintage jewerly.
