Home Made Custom 12 x 10 Storage Shed used for Office
SquareTrade © AP6.0 This sale is for one home made 10 x 12 storage barn that I built to use as a office at the house. This barn is built on 4 x 4 treated post. It has 3 windows(however 1 of the windows is broken out on the front) the front door window also needs replacing. The front door is a mobile home door and so they are not as sturdy as a house door so may want to consider upgrading at some point of time. If I were going to keep it I would just go to Lowes or Home Depot and get a piece of plexi glass for the windows and then to the salvation army or habitat for humanity for a $10- $20 dollar house door. Install both of them and be done with it. The unit has vinly siding all the way around(color = clay) The unit has an outside light and an inside ceiling fan light. The walls are a combination of osb board and paneling and the ceiling ... moreis unfinish as you can see in picture#7. The floor is green indoor, outdoor carpet(needs cleaning or replacing) you could replace it for about $30 at lowes if you wanted too. There are three sets of sockets on the back wall and an a/c that I have not used over 3 years ago(it should still work but don't quote me on it) The roof is made of shingles and there are no leaks. You will need a roll back tow truck or a trailer to move this with.

Here I have a small single engine house along with a church. The train shop is very nice but one of the doors has only one hinge on it so if you plan on opening and closing a lot of times it will mess up. Church is one of the cleanest I have seen lately.

DELTON MOW Truck and Shed
LOT#1 Bought these Delton pieces together at a show some time ago. The truck was just tested and lubricated. Comes with all the metal tools(see pic 2) Delton MOW truck was either green or red. This one. As you can see is the green version. Metal also. Only rust is on the screws underneath that connect the green body to the chassis; easily cleaned up or replaced. These trucks are getting difficult to find and I don't know when I've seen a matching Delton shed. Take note in pic 5-this is the way the roof was cast-to look worn and somewhat neglected. There was no glazing in the windows or door since I have the building. Simple to add. Good luck with your bidding! Remember-you are bidding for the truck. Tools and the shed- no track.
