This is a Early Antique Child’s or Children's Ice Cream Parlor Table& Two Chairs Bistro Set I was told by the previous owner that this is wrought iron but I don't know myself for sure. The table and chairs all have a twisted wire design on the legs that makes them look nice. The table is roughly 17" tall and the chair seats where the children would sit is roughly 11" high not counting the backs. The wood appears to be original and the table top is in need or being replaced. This would look real nice if it was refinished and you could let your grandchildren sit and enjoy a nice snack or you could display that set of expensive vintage dolls with one doll sitting in each chair. This is an all original antique vintage complete Sweetheart Ice Cream Parlor set. This set as well as another similar one sold at auction for over $2.000 almost 10 years ago in Wethersfield, CT. The table and 4 chairs are all matched and are part of the original set. They all have the original"Made In Canada" Stamp in the bottom of all the pieces. I have not seen many of these with all the markings still intact. The wrought iron on two of the chairs was cleaned up and refinished at some point. Approximate measurements: Table 14-1/2" tall. 10-1/2" wide. Chairs 17-1/2" tall, 8-1/2" from floor to top of seat, seat is 6-1/2" across. Made of all metal(wrought iron? No manufacturing name found or place of origin. It looks like original paint finish, not sure. Estate find, I have made no attempt to restore or refinish it. Age unknown, but I assume it is vintage. Vintage 3piece child's doll twisted metal ice cream parlor set
This is a 3 piece vintage ice cream parlor set consisting of 2 chairs 17 1/2" high. Seat diameter 6 1/2" and 1 table 14 1/2" high and 10 1/2" diameter. I don't know the age or history of these as they were purchased at a vintage/antique toy auction in the early 1980's. The paint on the chairs is scratched, has some rust spots and has heart shaped back. Table also has paint scratch marks, some rust spots and scuff mark on top(see pic) some pin size"bumps" on top and one 1/4" indentation. Doll/teddy not included. Questions? If so, please contact me.
