In good overall condition for its age, the most notable flaws being that it may need some reupholstering and/or work on the springs, as you can see from the last photo. Also, there is a partial detatching of the fabric strip bordering the wood (unsure of the proper term). as you can see from the second to last photo. i imagine that would be a very easy fix to reattatch that.
