The tray is made out of resin and I would guess sometime in the late 60’s to 70’s. It does have that old wood look to it. The printing is paper as well as on the sides. On the back the hanger is a metal plate attached to cork in turn attached to the tray. On the middle of the back is“Falstaff Brewing Corp St Louis MO” On the one sricker is“Lakeside Industries Inc” Also this Imprinted into the plastic on the side. There is a gold paint that has worn off around the top rim of the tray. The paper stickers have faded and has wear. Again this is a plastic resin depicting old wood. I am sure there are scratches. This is a glass magic lantern slide mounted in wood. Beautifully colored, labeled on the slide, No. 6. Pilgrims Progress Pilgrim& the Lions. From the book, and looking very narrowly before him as he went, he espied two lions in the way. The lions were chained, but he saw not the chains. This has been interpreted as Christian meets lion-sized opposition on road of life. Hand painted slide, gorgeous! I have others of this set to list. The full title of this book is"The Pilgrim's Progress from This World to That Which Is to Come; Delivered under the Similitude of a Dream" and is a Christian allegory written by John Bunyan and published in February, 1678. It is regarded as one of the most significant works of religious English literature, has been translated into more than 200 languages, and has never been out of print. Bunyan ... morebegan his work while in the Bedfordshire county, England gaol for violations of the Conventicle Act, which prohibited the holding of religious services outside the auspices of the established Church of England. Very nice large vintage world globe in wooden base stand. In excellent condition. The wooden base has some scuffs around the bottom. Shown in the photos. It is very sturdy and has wheels to roll it. The globe can stand straight or you can tilt it. It lights up. I have it on in the 4th picture but it was so light inside it is hard to see it. The globe is 19 inches. A rare wooden handled WW2 FS dagger. In very good, unused condition. The blade is full, and unsharpened, and the handle has no chips, just some minor paint scuffing; please see photos. The sheath is original, but has a hole to the back, and a cut belt hole, otherwise is good. I cannot find the exact handle in any of the books on this subject, although several state there were many variations. This one looks like a normal 3rd pattern metal handle, but thicker. For sale is 170 square feet of reclaimed 2" wide x 1/2" thick white oak flooring. It was milled by Bradley 40-50 years ago. Grade is#1 common and better. This was removed from a residence approximately fifteen years ago. And has been stored in my heated industrial condo. This dimension of flooring has become increasingly difficult to find in recent years, especially in small quantities. The fastenings(nails) are removed. There is a neutral finish on the boards, as well as paint splatters, but that will easily sand off during the finishing process. Appears to have been minimally sanded just once, when installed. The tongue and groove is for the most part intact; there may be small amounts of debris in some areas that has to be cleaned out before installation. There also are a minimal number of nail or staple holes. Great for repairs! ... moreMinimum purchase of 10 square feet. Sold in 17 bundles. Each bundle will be from 4.5' 6.5' long. Up for your consideration is a older Craftsman transit and tripod. The finish has come off in areas and it looks like it's brass underneath. Everything seems to function OK on the transit. The tripod is 57" long. Has normal wear relative to it's age. The paint has peeled off the metal feet. There are no breaks in the wood. Nice looking piece.
