Folk art primitive antique miniature commode, Eastlake, hand made
Charming miniature oak commode. 1900's, Eastlake or Mission inspirations, three drawers and a little compartment on top, in decent shape, could make a nice jewels box. Original little knobs, nice patina. The mirror is very pitted, but that makes it so charming. Dimensions: 18 inches high, 12 inches wide, and 7 inches deep. The last photo shows the small commode along with a bottle of dishwashing liquid for proportions.

They measure app. 15 1/2 inches tall by 9 inches wide at the base by app.17 1/2 inches deep. I don't believe the legs are original and one leg is marked shunk-b as the pictures show. The legs may have been homemade with scrap iron. They are dirty with black soot and a little rusty from being stored in a Northern Maine barn for many years.I have left them as found.

Co. of New Britain, CT circa 1895. Each set consists of 2 bronze knobs, 2 bronze escutcheons, 1 mortise lock with 1 working key, 1 strike plate, and 1 steel spindle with 2 setscrews to connect the knobs. All bronze parts are solid bronze, not plated steel. 4 of the sets have locks with bronze faceplates. The knobs and plates have tiny nicks and light scratches. Which are typical for 120-year old hardware. Otherwise. All parts are in great condition with no breaks, cracks, chips, or heavy scratches. The spindle is stuck in one of the knobs. This isn't a flaw. Because that's where the spindle belongs, but we just wanted to make you aware of it. Two of the locks have a broken or missing portion of their bodies. However. The broken or missing portions have no bearing on the lock's functionality, and will be concealed once the locks are installed. All locks were opened. Ornate Heavily Carved Victorian Adirondack Eastlake Style Frame
Up for sale is this wonderful carved picture frame. With a leaf and branch motif. There is some dust in the crevices and hard to reach areas, but the carved section is in excellent condition otherwise, showing only light signs of use and wear. The gold trim section is not attached to the carved section, and it has been repainted. The exterior dimensions are about 14 1/2" x 11 1/2" interior is about 7 5/16" across, 9 5/8" tall without the trim. Interior of trim is about 9" x 7" There is no glass present.

Antique~~ Eastlake ~~ Shabby Chic~~ 3/4 Bed~~ Circa 1880~~ LOOK~~Crackle Finish~
Up for auction is an antique eastlake style 3/4 bed from circa 1880. It has been painted in the shabby chic style. It measures 42" wide from rail to rail. 76" long from rail to rail and 69"tall at the tallest point of headboard. I'm not sure what kind of wood there is under the crackle finish. I used a twin size mattress in this bed and had about 1 1/2" space on either side. But you could have a mattress made if desired. This is a one of a kind bed! Very"princess" like.
