Large Eastlake Mirrored Marble-topped Chest. 5-drawer. Pick Up: N. TX
The mirror itself is 31 inches high and 37 inches wide. Beveled edges. The wood frame surrounding the mirror is 2 inches wide; so the entire mirror, frame + glass, is 35 x 41. The entire piece is 6 feet. 9 inches tall; 48 inches wide; and about 24 inches deep. The marble top is in excellent condition. I don't think that the hardware is original to the piece, and some gluing needs to happen on the lower-left side. Drawers are all in great shape. The chest has been in my family for a long time; but I'm planning to open up the wall that it has sat against for the past 18 years, and I'm running out of room for bulky pieces! Pick-up only. Two main body sections are nickel plated, with the handles plated in a contrasting brass or coppery tone. Base is unplated. Height approximately 8 5/8" with measurement from handle edge to handle edge is about 7 5/8" Halves of finial secured with two screws. No chips. Cracks or breaks in cast iron. Finial has darkened as seen, with areas of nickel and coppery plating(not rust) showing through. Sold as is. Definatly old, the iron brackets are old and original to the shelf, nice design in the iron brackets and the wooden shelf is probably home made. shelf looks to have old original finish, somewhat dull finish and a few small paint spatters on the shelf and there is paint on the brackets as well. shelf is 17 3/4" x 8 1/2" brackets are 6 3/4" x 5 1/2" perfect for that victorian home or rustic cabin decor for that small"important" little items that you want to have a special place for. This frame is in good condition. It retains the original finish and wooden back and is trimmed in ebony. It is put together with cut nails and all the corners are tight. The print is titled"WHAT IS IT" It is old but not original to the piece. There are no stains or tears and the colors are bright and vivid with no fading. Antique Walnut American Renaissance Revival Eastlake Wall Bracket Shelves
Here is a marvelous pair of 19th cent. antique Renaissance Revival Eastlake walnut and ebonized wall brackets shelves. Finely carved and shaped. Great for displaying something on top. Originally might have had something screwed on top. There is a crack in each of the ebonized orbs right beneath the shelf. This could easily be filled in and will never show. Otherwise in great condition. The total length of the bracket is 21 inches The width of the back plate on top is 11 inches The width of the last scroll on the bottom is 4 inches The shelf is 11.5 inches deep and 13 inches wide The ebonized piece that sits in front of the back plate is 14 inches long.

Antique Solid Brass mortise lock box FC Linde Co. Cresskill eastlake hardware
For sale is a great antique mortise lock with the Linde flower pattern. Also is a matching original strike plate. Which is super hard to find! I would guess these are both about 135 years old. This set is ready to install as a left or right handed door and even the strike plate has a pattern on both sides so it is reversible. The set is ready to go and in very respectable shape. The strike plate has great detail and is mostly straight not bent much. The lock box is very nice with some slight waves in the brass and one spot near the lock rectangular piece but not bad. A couple minor chips out of the piece where you square door handle rod goes through. In the lockbox itself one peg is broken. Which means that you cannot use a key to it but I do not have the key anyhow. So just very minor flaws and none that affect its functionality or aesthetic ... morebeauty of an antique. Would be great in your home. The price I have it at is the price of what the original strike plate is worth as they are so hard to find.

Very unique original brass antique window latch. Very nice! It has been cleaned and lacquered. And works flawlessly. When closed it measures almost 3" long by over 2" tall. The first three photos show how it opens. I see Eastlake. Egyptian, and Masonic influences in the design. According to the printing on the back. It was patented in the year of America's centennial(1876) on(Tuesday) Jan. 4 and(Tuesday) June 13. It's a nice antique piece. But used and imperfect. Old painter's sloppy mess has been removed from the frame of the works. The works have been cleaned and lubricated as needed and function with ease. I added the old brass chain and wood handle to make it a ready-to-go functional piece.
