This splendid Victorian dresser offers beautiful raised panels of burl walnut on the mirror portion as well as on the drawer fronts. And the top of the mirror has a wonderful carved cartouche with walnut roundels accenting the top portion of the mirror. This lovely dresser measures a total height to the top of the pediment on the mirror of 91 inches( 7ft 6" The dresser width measures 42 1/4 inches, dresser depth measures 18 1/4 inches, and the height from the floor to the top of the marble measures 29 1/4 inches, and this piece weighs approximately 150 lbs. The mirror portion and the marble does lift off to allow easier transport and moving. We believe the mirror to be original and it measures 35 inches high by 19 inches wide and does show some light spotting that's age appropriate. The marble on the base is also original and is in wonderful antique condition with no chips or cracks. The dresser base offers three storage drawers each having the original brass Eastlake pulls and all the locks are intact on the drawers but we do not have they key. Just a very sturdy and well made Victorian Eastlake Walnut Marble Top dresser that would make a great addition to an Eastlake Victorian bedroom. The Bed: The bed measures 62 1/2 inches in height at the head-board.39 1/2 inches in height to the top of the foot-board, with the outside with of the bed being 61 3/4 inches and outside length measuring 81 inches and this bed weighs approximately 200 lbs total. The inside mattress area measures 57 1/2 inches wide by 74 3/4 inches long and should fit a full size mattress set nicely, but one should always measure their own mattress set to assure proper fit. The height from the floor to the top of the sides rails at the enter measures 14 3/4 inches.The bed sets up solid and tight and very sturdy. The right side of the foot-board does have a slight age shrinkage crack about 6 inches long near the bottom right side.nothing major but worth mentioning. The Dresser: The matching walnut dresser measures 72 inches in height to the top of the mirror.Height to the top of the base measures 29 1/2 inches, width of the base is 46 1/4 inches and depth of the base is 21 1/4 inches and the dresser weighs approximately 145 lbs. Antique Victorian Ebonized Eastlake Wall Dressing Mirror
This is a charming original turn-of-the-century antique Eastlake wall mirror with peaks on both sides. A curved top, carved lines, dots, and floral details, and some ebonizing around the inner edge of the frame and on bands across the top and bottom of each side. The solid wood frame is in good/very good condition with minor wear to the finish(light scuffs, scratches, and a few tiny chips) All corners are tight, and nothing is broken or missing, but there is a crack on the decorative peak on the upper right corner(along the bottom edge of the peak) However, it is mainly cosmetic and has not weakened the frame in any way. There are also two small screw hoes on the curved top piece. I don't know what they were for because it doesn't look like anything elase was attached. The glass is original and a little unusual because it has a slightly ... morebluish hue. It is in good condition as well. But there is some silver loss and spottiness along the bottom edge(shown close-up in the photos) The remainder of the mirror has some very light cloudiness, but it not very noticeable. The outer dimensions of the mirror are about 19" W x 30 1/2" H. It will be packed securely. Double boxed, and insured during shipping.

Antique Vtg. Victorian Eastlake Door Knob Backplate & Mortise Lock Brass/Bronze?
A nice Victorian Eastlake Door Knob Backplate with matching mortise lock. Constucted of heavy brass and iron/steel. Fashioned in a quality of workmanship that is not easily found today. All is clean with much detail. Lock plate is slightly bent most likely could be repaired with a little heat from a torch and some tweaking with a pair of large pliers. No key for the lock. Dimensions are for the backplate.5 5/16" long x 1 7/16" wide x 3/32" thick the hole for the door knob spindle to pass through is 13/32" Mortise lock.3 1/8" wide( that's from the outer edge of brass plate to outer edge of lock. The brass plate on lock is 5 1/2" long x 7/8" wide x 5/32" thick. The black lock mechanism itself is 3 9/16" long x 2 15/16" x 1/2" thick. I did in fact insert a old door knob spindle to test ... morethe latch and it works fine. Sorry I DO NOT have the key for the lock. Gynecological, or birthing chair. The chair is MISSING two stirrups that fit in one of two holes on the front of both sides shown in first picture. The chair is in excellent condition. Considing the age and usage. The leather( covering I believe is the original. It needs at least a good cleaning. There is one spot that has been torn on the left arm(see 4th pic) The chair tilts to one side. Raises and lowers, swivels, and can be locked in any position from sitting to full prone. If the quantity above falls below 10, then this indicates that 1 or more sets sold. What a rare opportunity! Exquisite. Antique, interior door locksets made by, P.F. Corbin Mfg. Co. of New Britain, CT circa 1895. Each set consists of 2 bronze knobs, 2 bronze escutcheons, 1 mortise lock with 1 working key, 1 strike plate, and 1 steel spindle with 2 setscrews to connect the knobs. All bronze parts are solid bronze, not plated steel. 6 of the sets have locks with bronze faceplates. And 4 have steel faceplates. 4 of the sets have bronze strike plates and 6 have steel strike plates. See"Group photos" for a visual. The spindle is stuck in one of the knobs. This isn't a flaw. Because that's where the spindle belongs, but we just wanted to make you aware of it. Two of the locks have a broken or missing portion of their bodies. However. The era, spanning the reign of Queen Victoria, is usually divided into the early(1837-1860) and late period(1860-1901) Both ran concurrent with the industrial revolution which gave rise to a thriving middle class who could afford more consumer products. In addition, this timeframe saw the emergence of an entrepreneurial spirit like never before, creating new manufacturing techniques. As a result, new and more elaborate hardware products entered the marketplace in abundance.
