Vintage King Cleveland Cornet made in Eastlake. Ohio. The serial number is 317621 which by my research is 1951-2. This horn is in very nice condition with few dings and the laquer is very good it is a pretty horn. The valves are quick and smooth all the slides are free except one is stuck but I have not tried to do anything with it, the mouth piece is a Vincent bach 7C and it to is stuck. This horn should be cleaned and adjusted as all used horns, but it looks in surprising condition especially for the age.

Eastlake 1875 Antique Tall Chest with Mirror. Jewelry Drawers. An exceptionally well crafted late Victorian or Eastlake period tall chest of drawers with a swivel mirror dates from about 1875. Solid walnut with burl panels. The satiny finish is in excellent condition with warm patina. The mirror has just enough"smoke" to show its age, it is mounted above two small jewelry drawers. All drawers have round or"pin and cove" dovetail joints, characteristic of the age. Engraved brass hardware is of the period. But not original to the piece, for unknown reasons. Five lower drawers were latched with a"sidelock" mechanism- at the right side is a hinged column secured the drawers, but the lock is missing. I have up for sale a wonderful vintage original circa 1870s- 1880s Walnut Eastlake Design Umbrella Stand/ Walking Stick/Cane Holder. The stand features eastlake spoon carved lines which have ebonized geometric patterns. The pan is made of cast iron and is very heavy. The stand measures approx 39" x 16" x 10-1/2" It is in Excellent Original Condition- nice clean original finish- some minor light wear to the finish- no damages nor any repairs. I will take the stand partially apart in order to package. The door is made of solid pine and is painted on both sides. When most people hear"pine" they think of a cheap. Weak, and soft wood. New pine hewn from 10- 20 year old trees doesn't have the same insect-resistant, rot-resistant, or even fire-resistant qualities that old pine, hewn from trees hundreds of years old has. Old pine is also much harder and stronger than young pine. There is an oval window in the upper half of the door. The original glass was replaced at some point. And the glass currently in the door appears to have been installed sometime during the last 20 years. Victorian Walnut Eastlake Picture Frame Civil War Era Photograph HOOPES MCBRIDE
Civil War era photograph in a Victorian. Eastlake frame. I removed the photo from the frame and scanned it to provide better detail. The photo is signed on the reverse. In pencil is written in script, Miss Jinnie McBride" July 1st, 1861" Below that is printed in pen, Uncle John's(Hoopes) Sweetheart" I've tried to find some information on Jinnie(Virginia? McBride and John Hoopes, but cannot find anything definitive. A google search shows up several Hoopes and Mcbrides in Pennsylvania, but I'm just speculating. The photo is mounted on a card with an embossed, decorative, oval border. That card was placed behind the light blue colored matte. This photo is not original to the matte, as the back of the matte shows the outline of a smaller, previously mounted photo. There are a couple of remnants of a newspaper used to ... morehold the former photograph to the matte, and on one piece is printed, Uniontown, Pennsylv" The matte is a little stained, particularly at the bottom, and at the top, I can see a small tear. At the corners of the matte are some decorative lines and squiggles. I'm not certain, but it almost looks like these were painted onto the matte. I was told the frame is made of walnut. Outer dimensions are about 12" x 14" It will hold an 8" x 10" photograph. The corners of the frame have decorative engravings. The glass appears to be original. It has the waves. Swirls, tiny pits, and bubbles indicative of old glass. Three of the four outside edges of the frame look like they've been shellacked at some point. Oddly, one edge was not. The frame was made by nailing a larger, outer frame to a smaller inner frame to create depth. The two are attached by square nails. The photograph, matte, and glass are held in the frame with a thin piece of wood. The nails holding the board in place look like newer nails. The frame itself has some small nicks and scuffs, but it still looks pretty good for being well over 100 years old. I'm selling this frame and photograph c

This is a wonderful antique cast bronze door pull by Sargent& Co. with patent date of 1880 under the thumb latch. Approximately 10"x3" The beautifully shaped back plate and handle boasts of the same design featuring double diamonds on scrolling leaves or vines on a textured background with a smooth border at the edges. The handle can be inverted for preference of orientation.

There are some minor dings/dents on the instrument. The finish has some minor wear. I did not find any loose braces. All tuning slides move freely. Water keys work fine. Antique Eastlake Walnut Ottoman Porcelain Castors Foot Stool Floral Brocade
This auction features a decorative antique ottoman or foot stool. This ottoman measures 16 inches in diameter and is 14 inches tall. The cover is a heavy floral brocade-like covering. Burgundy in color, and as one can see in the tag underneath, has been on this stool since February of 1942. The fabric shows light signs of wear, just enough to appreciate the utilitarian aspects of the ottoman, but not enough in my opinion to recover. There are no holes, rips, tears or stains on the fabric, and it is clean and odor free. The base wood of this piece is walnut. And the finish is the original finish. There is an old repair to one of the legs, almost cannot be seen but mentioned for accuracy, and there is a separation on one of the decorative elements which will need to be clamped and glued. Both of these“issues” are minor in my opinion and do ... morenot detract from decorative element of the piece. The castors are all four matching and are original to the stool.

This splendid 19th century dining table features beautiful spoon carvings.Ring turned spindles, layered finials and the original casters intact on all the legs. This dining table extends to 12 ft 3 inches long and would accommodate many more leaves but only the 3 original leaves come with the table. This dining table opens and closes with ease and is solid and tight. The table measures 30 inches in height. With a skirt height to the floor of 26 inches, and measures 46 inches wide by 52 inches long without any leaves in place. This table weighs approximately 100 lbs alone and the additional 3 leaves weigh approximately 15 lbs total. Additional measurements: table with 1 leaf in place 46" X 63 with 2 leaves in place 46" X 74" ... morewith 3 leaves in place 46" X 85" But the table will extend out to 12 ft 3 inches allowing it to accommodate several more leaves if one desires to have additional leaves made for the table. This 19th century dining table is in wonderful antique condition but the top does have a wide scratch on one end which I have shown in the pictures. This is a lovely. Walnut, plant or candle stand. It stands 32 1/2 inches tall. The top is 14 inches in diameter with some pretty carved work on the top. There are a few chips on the edges. The legs are very well carved. The stand dates to the late 1800's and is in the Eastlake style.

With 6 large pulls and four smaller ones. This would have accommodated a chest of drawers with three large drawers one on top of another and two smaller drawers side by side on top of them. Each pull is marked on the back and carries a Patented date of Feb. 28, 1871. The handle salvaged from antique furniture carpenter inventory host an ornate Eastlake design. The Handle bears rich patina on back plates and handle. The handle is solid heavy cast brass with ornate designs. The handle is stamped“Pat Nov 20 1878” and the handle post nuts are stamped”Pat Dec 2 1879” There are signs of corrosion and wear. Please review pictures carefully. The handle is in very good shape considering its age. Please take a look at other furniture hardware from same era salvaged from same inventory.
