The original brass head tacks are still present. When I acquired the chair it was still being used, so this is not some delicate antique.you can use it now. This measures(see below) Condition(on a scale of poor. Fair, good, very good, excellent) is very good antique condition. Wood is sturdy with nothing broken, appropriate condition for age with some rubs on the stained wood, scratches, that kind of thing. Tapestry fabric still very sturdy, a few areas where the threads have worn down, more wear and less color on the seat as would be expected from age. On the back of the seatrest there had originally been fabric covering that whole area, and only the remains are left now(you can see in the photos a little fabric remaining in the top two corners) Measurements 34" high 17" wide at arms seat. Fabric only- 13 1/2" square backrest. Fabric only- 14" high and 13" wide backrest area- 15 1/2" wide and 22" high seat area- 15 1/2" wide and x 14" deep(front to back) When problems happen! 1) One thing that comes up occasionally is that a purchase is received and it isn't the size you imagined it would be. This splendid Victorian dresser offers beautiful raised panels of burl walnut on the mirror portion as well as on the drawer fronts. And the top of the mirror has a wonderful carved cartouche with walnut roundels accenting the top portion of the mirror. This lovely dresser measures a total height to the top of the pediment on the mirror of 91 inches( 7ft 6" The dresser width measures 42 1/4 inches, dresser depth measures 18 1/4 inches, and the height from the floor to the top of the marble measures 29 1/4 inches, and this piece weighs approximately 150 lbs. The mirror portion and the marble does lift off to allow easier transport and moving. We believe the mirror to be original and it measures 35 inches high by 19 inches wide and does show some light spotting that's age appropriate. The marble on the base is also original and is in wonderful antique condition with no chips or cracks. The dresser base offers three storage drawers each having the original brass Eastlake pulls and all the locks are intact on the drawers but we do not have they key. Just a very sturdy and well made Victorian Eastlake Walnut Marble Top dresser that would make a great addition to an Eastlake Victorian bedroom. The Bed: The bed measures 62 1/2 inches in height at the head-board.39 1/2 inches in height to the top of the foot-board, with the outside with of the bed being 61 3/4 inches and outside length measuring 81 inches and this bed weighs approximately 200 lbs total. The inside mattress area measures 57 1/2 inches wide by 74 3/4 inches long and should fit a full size mattress set nicely, but one should always measure their own mattress set to assure proper fit. The height from the floor to the top of the sides rails at the enter measures 14 3/4 inches.The bed sets up solid and tight and very sturdy. The right side of the foot-board does have a slight age shrinkage crack about 6 inches long near the bottom right side.nothing major but worth mentioning. Antique Eastlake Double Inkwell Inkstand Queen Anne Victorian Art Nouveau Celtic
Antique Eastlake Double Inkwell Eastlake style double inkwell. Metal inkstand structure incorporating pen and paper holders. With hinged lids for the glass inkwells. Metal design work covers the stand and is a cross between Art Nouveau and Celtic knots. Stand seems to have original bronze patina[but I don’t believe metal is bronze] Footed base is 4¾” x 8½” and 5½” tall. Stand is complete, clean and without damage. Each thick clear glass inkwell has a scalloped design. Weighs just over 15 oz. is 2¾” square by 2 1/8” tall, and probably hold 1½ ounces of ink. Inkwells seem original and fit the stand and lids perfectly. Inkwells are in excellent condition without chips, cracks or pits– each still has ink residue. I’m guessing the inkstand is 120 years old. Hi folks. OK. So tell me where you have EVER seen a mirror so beautiful? This listing is for this one of a kind mirror, which, to be honest, we don't care if it sells or not! I just picked the real beauty out of a great local estate up in the attic. The amazing thing to me here is that there is NO damage to be found! Usually I always seem to find a break in the carvings somewhere. Not here! Even the mirror itself is perfect with no scratches to be found in the silver. I will tell you this mirror had about an inch of dust all over. I quickly rubbed it down, but my pics may show more. I find it and sell it. You clean it. You will need a good stud in your wall as this is heavy. I'm guessing an easy 50 pounds. I just put the two hangers on back so at least that's done for you. It measures a whopping 32" X 53" It measures ... moreapprox 1 1/8" thick. Very solid. Doors and hinges in excellent working condition. It appears the outter frame is all pegged. 4 Eastlake Victorian solid brass drawer pulls & 2 keyhole plates, reproductions
These are reproductions I bought a few years ago to use on an antique desk but have now found ones that better match the desk. The pulls have been used. The keyhole plates were never used. They came from Van Dykes and don't seem to be available from them anymore. The backs of the pulls measure about 1.75" by 1.5" at the widest part. The circles are about 1.75" in diameter and they protrude about 1/2" The screw part that goes through the wood of the drawer is about 1" and all of the nuts for these screws are present. The plates for the key holes are about 1" wide by 1.5" high and these are attached with brass pins.

3 Pair Victorian Eastlake Bronze Steeple Top Door Hinges & Door Hardware
This hardware is absolutely beautiful! I can't say enough about how striking this would look in any home. Old or new! You are bidding on 3 pair of heavy bronze Victorian period 5" Steeple Top Door Hinges(6 hinges in total) 3 matching Bronze Door Knob Escutcheons or Plates, and 3 matching Bronze Lock Escutcheons with Swinging Covers. All pieces are ornamentally cast, and are just impeccable. The steeple design hinges are 5" measuring 5" in width and length. The overall length from the tip of top to the tip of the bottom steeple is 8 1/4" The 40 brass wood screws which came with this hardware goes with the lot. Each hinge is stamped on the reverse side with the size(5 x 5) and the Jan 18. 1870 patent date. The back side of the hinges also have a floral design in the casting, which is indicative of the highest quality ... morehardware manufactured during that period. This hardware was salvaged from a old local estate. And each piece is in great condition. Some pieces need a little cleaning, but there is no damage to any of them. The steeple on the hinges incorporate an ornately cast floral design which finish with an acorn finial on the top and bottom. All are fine- no damaged or flattened tips, no breaks or cracks, no marred or scarred surfaces. The door knob escutcheon plates are in great condition with finely crafted details. All are flat. And again no breaks, cracks, etc. The lock escutcheons are equally fine. The covers swing freely. And they show very minimal signs of use. If you're looking for historic hardware for renovation of an old home. Or if you're incorporating the quality and beauty of antique hardware in a new construction project, you'll not be dissatisfied. I try to capture the overall condition of my items in the pictures and clearly show any defects or issues which I see. However. Antique Eastlake Figural Mantle Clock Shelf With Carved Wood Lion & Medallions
The best clock shelf we have seen for quite a while. This old piece dates to just after the Civil War. Crafted from solid walnut. This piece is all original including the finish which does show appropriate use wear to the top of the shelf and the left side as shown. Noted on the back is the number 101 but no makers mark appears. The focal point of the shelf is the outstanding carved wood lion in high relief. Details include carved mane, ears, eyes and open mouth with teeth. The shelf supports and under side of the shelf have incised lines indicative of the Eastlake era, circa 1870. You will also find medallions and finials. This is a fantastic antique shaving mirror with candle holders on either side and a wall pocket/shelf underneath with decorative brass rings. It is in very good condition(there is a crack in the back panel over the mirror. Shown in the photos) but it is sturdy, solid, well-built, and perfectly useable, and the original finish is fantastic with a rich, darkened, aged patina. It is constructed primarily with square nails, and the wood was all hand-cut. The mirror is a replacement and there is are new strips of wood and nails around the mirror in the back. The shelf measures 12" L x 3" W x 17 1/2" H. It will be packed very well and insured during shipping.

CARVED on every square inch! Nice. Antique domed/humpback trunk. Unknown wood type, but excellent, walnut patina through-out. Beveled trim along the entire bottom. Carved fan in front middle. Both ends have sunrise carving on the lid. Fantastic, detailed, cast iron handle goes nicely with all of the Victorian flourishes.Tons of possible primitive, storage uses.It measures 29 1/2 inches wide, 19 inches deep, and 16 inches tall. 2 age cracks along top, otherwise wonderful overall condition. Many other one of a kind, architectural pieces listed. All questions encouraged and answered.
