I know virtually nothing about these tube radios, but purchased this one, and the other I also have listed, because of their Mid Century Modern appeal. Please ask all questions prior to placing a bid. I will do my best to answer them. The body appears to be Bakelite and a rich burgundy color. The grill resembles a 1950's automobile. And is a cream color, which is a nice contrast to the body. Very sleek and curvaceous. I had the unit bench tested by a licensed Technician, and it is in fine original working condition. I've powered it up and listened to it for a short period of time. In a dimly lit setting it looks really nice with the warm soft glow emitted from the ... moredial and the tubes from inside the chassis shine through what appears to be a translucent body. I picked up a number of radio station. It is an AM only radio. Yes. It’s the real deal! A genuine Verner Panton Poulson Flowerpot lamp from the 1960s, never used and still in mint condition in its original box. As one of Verner Panton's most well recognized designs these lamps exist as licensed reproductions today– but this is one of the ORIGINALS. Manufactured by Danish company Poulsen in 1968, and named after the flower power movement. The original sticker is still on the inside of the shade. This iconic flowerpot lamp is a purpley blue and consists of two semi-circular spheres facing one another. The diameter of the upper sphere(8.5" is twice as large as the bottom one and the light reflects up from the orangey red interior of the smaller sphere. Modernist Candelabra by Berg of Denmark( Mid century five stemmed. Silver plated candelabra Stunning linear candelabra. This would look good on a mantle piece or as a center piece on a lovely teak table. The candelabra is silver plate. I think this is by Berg of Denmark although there are no marks that I can see. The row of five candle holders makes a fantastic display when the candles are lit. Really good for dinner parties and Christmas! The candelabra is approx. 15 1/2" long. 3 1/2" high and 2 1/4" wide. The piece is in good vintage condition with no dings or dents and very minimal ware to the silver plate.

We are pleased to offer this iconic 1st production Charles Eames designed Herman Miller/ Zenith Plastics rope edge arm rocker discovered recently in a local estate. This molded fiberglass shell rocker is referred to as Lemon Yellow(LY) The base of the rocker is the zinc tower design with birch rockers. It has vibrant color and outstanding fiber patterns. It has the coin shaped mold release imprint inside the bucket seat. Its my understanding that this can only be found on the 1949. First production of Zenith produced chair shells. The zinc rod base shows signs of oxidation. One rod shows a slight bend and a possible reweld. The hardware is all original and intact. The'checkerboard' HM manufactures label is intact and in ... moregreat condition. The birch runners show use as well. There is a one inch crack in the bend of the right arm. There are also a couple of transfer scuffs that could be removed but I will leave that to you. Please see photos for a better idea of condition. A no reserve auction for a super cool mid century clock in great near mint cosmetic condition. No damage at all. Great teardrop shape. Walnut face with painted face. Salad forks, tablespoons and table knives. There are 15 teaspoons, 1 butter knife and 1 sugar spoon for a total of 49 pieces. They just need a little bit of cleaning.
