This is the numbered plate you see on the sides of the elevator door telling you what floor your on. Plates measures about 4 1/8 inches wide and 4 1/8 inches tall. Made of brass. Brass number with a black back ground. They do have paper on the back to remove to stick. The number 4 is also in Braile on the bottom. The number is raised and weighs a little under 4 ozs. This c.1900 vintage claret decanter has a heavy sterling handle and hinged top with a ball thumb rest mounted on a tall ribbed cut crystal decanter. It measures 13-7/8" tall and 5-1/2" across the cut crystal base. It is stamped Gebr. Friedland, a Berlin jewellery firm, operated by the sons after the death of the founder Friedland in 1829. Early 1900s copper pieces- I'm not sure whether to call them dishes or bowls- they have more depth than a dish, but make for a very shallow bowl. It's a matching pair, with an original patina that is killer. Each on measures 3 7/8" diameter with an inside well that is 3" diameter. The lighter of the two, patina wise, is just a smidge taller than the other(maybe 1/16" They are hand hammered and they are beautiful. Both are covered with green oxidation on the top, and have spots of it on the bottoms, too. Excellent condition- normally, I would say that they need a good cleaning, but I wouldn't mess with these at all! Please ask if you have any questions. German silver Arts& Crafts cup made by artist Modell Wondra during the late 1800s; most likely 1885 to 1910. The sides of the cup are hand chased with a sailing scene, with gulls in the sky and rocks in the water. One side shows a sailboat and its skipper; the mast and sail are full bodied and rise up from the outside of the cup. The silver wires are beautifully designed to accurately replicate rope. The underside is marked Modell Wondra. 800 for the silver purity and it has the German crown& crescent moon symbols. This style of work reminds me of some of the pieces done in Austria, the Austrian Secessionist movement, even some of the pieces by Josef Hoffmann. Great old brass slag glass adjustable arm lamp. Amazing Arts and Crafts Mission design. Marked on the socket"Hubbell Pat. It has a date that I can't read. The little ball screw on the top unscrews and the arm slides in and out. The lamp is 12 inches tall and the base is 6 inches square. The total length on the arm is16 inches. The light drops down 8 inches and the slag glass shade is 5 1/2 inches by 5 inches across the bottom. It has the original paddle switch and cloth cord. It works as you can see in the pictures. The decorative metal trim around the bottom of the shade has become bent a little but is still secure. The lamp still retains its original patina. I didn't clean it. Cool! Antique arts crafts oak fixture or chandelier quarter sawn oak. The shade is approx 18" x 18" square. These parts are for restoration. Older cloth wiring that needs replacement. The square chain could be screwed to the post. Or the post can be unscrewed and the chain could be attached to the ceiling cap. As found. Something about this vase tells me it is recent vintage. While it has an old Arts and Crafts look. Eerily similar to Peters and Reed"Marbelized" ware, it is just too perfect. There are no glaze pops, misfires, chips, cracks, crazing or signs of use. Unmarked, it measures 6" tall and 5.5" wide. With handles, panels and some wavy designs, there is a lot of nice detail. Copper humidor in original condition in very good original condition. Hammered copper with humidor top. Measures 5" round(top) and about 3" tall. Riveted top handle Heavy copper. Some sticky substance on the bottom. The top has a few minor waves(very minor) on the outside lip. But this is soft copper and these are easily straghtened with soft jaw pliers. Up for consideration is a antique frame. Arts and crafts style with corner buttons. Clean. Elegant, vintage. I think the photos give a adequate representation of the frame. Outer d is 12 x 18, the inner is 9 x 15. I assume this is a print frame and it currently holds a print but I have had it stored for years and don't recall pulling it out(if the print is vintage but not the value of the piece) but it serves to give an impression of what a nice photo or print would look like in this frame. Arts and Crafts/ Art Deco period dresser tray, Mackintosh rose
Handsome high arts and crafts period dresser tray. Glass topped. Faux wood grained, double handled. The center motif is almost identical to the Mackintosh rose, and the entire piece is understated, in the manner of true arts and crafts sensibilities. The motif is inlaid into the background, although it appears to be paper and not wood inlay. The effect is gorgeous. Very slight damage to one small area(tiny knicks, maybe two or three) of the frame, can be restored satisfactorily with wood grain or felt pen. Other than this, it is in great shape, and I would use it in my home as is.Measures 19" with handles x 11" wide. My brother. An arts and crafts expert, and I are having a"discussion" as to whether this is arts and crafts or art deco. We are calling it both. The rose appears arts and crafts and the side bars show art ... moredeco influence. The date of the tray is probably c. 1910, so it is right on the cusp era-wise. You be the judge.

Arts and crafts stickley era table lamp german silver? pewter? silver?
Nice accent light in the arts and crafts style. Made of pewter. German silver or silver even! I don't know for certain. It is unmarked as far as I can see. Nice little shade that gives off a good glow. There are some minor ripples to the frame work of the shade, but not bad. There may be an old repair to the lamp, see the close up pics#5,6,and 7. There may be some solder where the lamp might have had a stress crack above the switch. They blend well with the patina and tone of the rest of the lamp but I wanted to mention it. There may also be a slight lean in one direction due to this potential old repair. It's barely noticeable. Measures approx 16" tall. Wire and plug are both in good shape. Shipping to the lower 48 states will be $18.
