The top is threaded as if a shade would have screwed on? It has a cable and plug and it works perfectly- just needs a shade. It stands 33cm tall. The base has a diameter of 21cm. Art Deco 1930's Modernistic Chrome Nude Lady Lamp - Frankart Era
Here's a stunning Art Deco modernistic chrome nude lady mood lamp from San Francisco Estate. Circa 1930. Also known as the"Car Mascot" This fabulous nude lady was patterned after a hood ornament. According to the Collector's Guide to Art Deco Guide dated 1997, by Mary Frank Gaston, on Page#148(see picture#12) She is absolutely exquisite! This deco lady is in a classic pose with one leg stretched behind her, and other leg bent in front. She has both arms above her head, and she is holding up a round bubble disk between her hands. This deco lady is made of some kind of metal with a chrome finish- a magnet will not stick to her. The round disc is made of plastic, and the color is white. The base is made of metal painted black, and the shape is oval. There is black felt on the bottom of the base. The light socket is attached ... moreto the lady's arm, and the lady is attached to the base by screws. The overall measurement is 12" long, 4-3/4" wide, and 11-1/2" tall. The disc measures 5-1/2" wide and 1/4" thick. It fits nicely in the two slots on the inside of the lady's hands(see picture) There are no signatures or manufacture marks that we could find, but she is quality. The condition is amazingly very good- shows wear but no chips, breaks, pitting, dents, cracks, or repairs. The lamp has been rewired for safety, and works great. The estimated value was $450.00 according to the estate. Our reserve is only $149.00. This fabulous deco lady lamp came from an estate in San Francisco, and is vintage. Antique Art Deco Indian Head Lamp Electric needs repair But in great shape.
What can I say about this antique unique American Indian Art Deco lamp? It truly is a one of a kind. It needs to be all rewired with new stained glass panels added. It is 13 inches high and 6 1/2 inches square at the base. It truly is a beautiful lamp. I have had it for years with the plans of restoring it. It still has the socket for the bulb. I have tried to do it justice with pictures but I am no pro. It is beautiful with no bungs or breaks. I have photoed all sides to show it's condition.

Metal base has a Art Deco step design. There is a little surface rust on the base. Wiring looks good. No bulb. Lamp measures approx: 13 1/4" high total. The base is approx: 5" high to top of socket. The shade itself is approx: 9 3/4" high. There are no cracks or chips in the shade. There is a few tiny flea bites around the opening from use. Pre-owned and in pre-owned condition. A beautiful art deco cameo shell lamp dating to the 1920s. It was made by an Italian craftsman in Italy and the carving depicts a scene from Greek mythology. I think the bird is Zeus who changes into birds to visit women the woman could be his wife Hera I have dismantled the lamp to remove the lethal 2 core wiring. You will have to get this lamp rewired by a professional for your own safety. It stands on a hexagonal glass base the shell has the original brass and Bakelite fittings. We are offering a vintage Art Deco style Sla g Glass Electric Table Lamp with origin al Finial. The Metal components are mainly Cas t and Stamped I ro n that has been Bronze Plated. Including its 4 Paw Feet. Condition is generally Good. Although it needs to be rewired. The Glass Ball finial shows signs of crazing, and both Pull Chains have to be reset( I successfully reset the Pull Chains. Only to have them go off-track upon buttoning the Lamp back up) The Glass is free of chips and further craz ing. Kindly refer to our Photos. Taken both indoors and out. Nice Old Vintage, 4 Tier Red Tin Lamp Shade, Art Deco, Modernism, Unusual
Here's an interesting and somewhat unusual lamp shade we received with some older items recently. This one looks something like a 4 tier cake when mounted as the pictures show. It is made of tin with red enamel and is in nice condition. Strips of canvas or similar cloth are used internally to suspend the four tiers when in use. We placed this on the top of a small table lamp for the pictures to show how it will appear when in use. The lamp we used is a little small for the shade so you'll have to use your imagination a little as to what style of lamp this would look best on. It has an art deco or perhaps retro space age 50's type look. Not sure of the age but would guess somewhere in the 1950's or older. It is rectangular in shape. About 11.5 by 7.5 inches at the lower tier and stands about 6.75 inches tall when in use. No ... moredamage noted, very slight signs of use and age, nice. That's about it. The pictures should be helpful to those having interest. We'll start this old or vintage 4 tier red tin lampshade low so enjoy the auction. We'll pack this carefully. Vintage Art Deco Wave Beautiful Unique Lamp Mid Modern Era Light Lighting
An absolutely beautiful Art Deco lamp in a"wave" shape is offered here for auction. This is one of the most stunning lamps of any kind I have seen. Unfortunately. I don't know much background information on this item. There is one thing that is guaranteed, the winning bidder will receive lots of attention with this item prominently displayed in their home. People that I have shown this item to can't stop talking about it. The dimensions of this lamp are APPROX. 12 1/2" H X 12 1/2" L X 8" W and weighs in at a hefty 8 pounds. The overall condition is excellent with the exception of the defect seen in the auction pictures. There is no way of knowing if this separation happened during the lamp's creation or at some point later in its life. The defect does NOT extend to the outer edge or to any visible part ... moreof the lamp. The material of the underside of the lamp is very thin at the opening area and much heavier elsewhere. This could be an indicator that the lamp was made as an art piece and all that more desirable. There does not appear to be any damage to any visible part of the lamp. The wiring and socket were probably replaced at one time. The winning bidder could replace the lamps internals with any fixture they wished. The former owner had a milk-type globe but this was broken at some point. Personally, I prefer the globe that is on the lamp. Again this is easily replaced. All three thumb screws are present to hold the globe in place. The wiring and socket function as they should as seen in the auction pictures. I will try to answer any questions to the best of my ability. The winning bidder will not be disappointed in this item. This item is being offered at a VERY reasonable shipping amount. The lamp does not appear to have been used much but still it has old wiring and the bulb that looks to be in good shape also. However this is a matter of preference some people are not comfortable with older wiring and is of course a only costs about $5 to replace. Second it is an optional plug it has a european 220 plug but has a U.S.A Adapter so it works fine as you can see I think it helped preseve condition by having on/off on plug so no hands were reaching up in it. The stitching looks hand done and iron hand bent. The lamp including cap is 19 inch tall approx. and 10 by 10 including iron at base. I think this lamp is at least 1960's I will ship the bulb but you may have to replace the bulb and if you do the smaller low wattage kind for sure. I am pretty quick to answer questions. There is a T under the switch for the light and above the timer. I figure it's the first letter in the name of the manufacturer. But I don't know what it is, so any help would be appreciated. It's a great item if you're trying to restore an old stove. But it could also be a great desk lamp if you provide the base. I would make the base out of wood, but if you're good with metalworking, that would probably give the best results. It is porcelain enamelled metal- very sturdy and well made. The shade is painted turquoise and the rest is white or off white(cream) I suspect the turquoise is not original because of the quality of the paint job. But it does remind me of the 1950s. 15" wide x 3-1/2" deep x 8" high overall The timer works mechanically. Light and timer not tested with electricity. But it looks well made and very sturdy. It probably works fine, but the cord is frayed, so it should definitely be replaced. It could use a good cleaning. The turquoise paint on top is worn. Nice item. SCARCE 1940's ART Deco BAKELITE ONE Eyed Lamp
SCARCE 1940's ART Deco BAKELITE ONE Eyed Lamp. 7" long. 4" diameter. Unmarked, but I found another online, and it said it was American made. This lamp has a 52 watt bulb in it, and is working- see pic 5. It has a pull cord that does not work, pic 7. The wiring is crisp and completely cracked, and must be replaced. The lamp is rigged to screw on to a table or shelf. There is modest surface wear, fine scuffing, two small scratches on the lenses. In spite of the minor condition issues, this is the coolest lamp I have ever seen. Kind of reminds me of the one eyed guy on Monsters Inc.

Vintage Antique Retro Desk Table Lamp and Art Deco Tape Dispenser
Here is a really nice desk set for your home or office Vintage Desk Lamp and Art Deco Tape Dispenser I found this great old lamp and tape dispenser in a yard sale and had to bring them back to life. Cleaning these items and giving them a new paint job was an act of love. I am not certain that these pictures do the colors justice. The base of the lamp and the upright arm are black. The lamp cover and tape dispenser are both fire engine red. All of the electrical parts. Cord and plug are new. The tape dispenser is cast iron and weighs in at just under 7 pounds. The lamp base and arm are also cast iron and the total weight for the lamp is just a bit under 4 pounds. Add some packaging and a box to this and we are looking at a shipping weight around 15 pounds.
