Measures approximately 17" by 13 1/2" It is in well preserved condition with still bright popping colors. There is a small dent in the middle and a spot where the paint chipped away on the dent(top part of large pink flower in the middle) signs of wear from age and use, but still a beautiful tray! On the side near bottom there is a slight rough area about the size of the palm of a hand on the metal surface and small amount of paint wear in this area and near the very bottom rim(see photo) bottom looks ok to me, minimal wear, upper top rim shows a couple of areas of small indent areas where metal is slightly turned in- not serious in my opinion but needed to mention will be sold as is. Vintage Painting Romantic LOVERS in ROSE Garden Tole Tray Shabby As Is Here is a nice vintage hand-painted tole tray. Of a romantic pair of lovers in a rose garden. She is crowing him with a halo of roses, he is searching up towards her. This is painted on a tin tray, is in FAIR as is condition with surface wear/scrapes to the surface. It has some whitish discoloration, oxidation? on the surface too. There is one are to the far left where the tin itself is showing through, as the paint is peeled off there. It looks to be hand-painted, and would be wonderful if someone could have a artist restore this some more. As it is, it is in Shabby condition. It measures 13 x 17 1/2 ins. appears to be 1940-50's time frame. Still a sweet look for Victorian. Shabby and Romantic decors. Any questions.
