In ... moreextremely exquisite condition for its age. This retro green Tole lamp has many more years of life to add to your room! The lamp comes with a wall bracket that the centerpiece slides down into for simple installation. Once hung the lamp may be pulled up or down using a counterweight, retractable pulley system to adjust the height based on your needs. The position of the light can be adjusted by moving the arm side to side. The light dome is 14" across and about 6" high. There is a sunburst plastic cover(only flaw I can see is one tiny crack on the side of this shade, see photos) that screws over the light socket assembly. The yellow fabric cord and all components are all original and most likely from the 1960-1970's. This may be shipped in two boxes or partially disassembled for safe shipping. I had to hang it outside to get the photos and did the best I could to depict this great piece of lighting history. Please note payment is due within 3 days of close of auction. Retro Mid Century Modern Georges Briard 1850 Carousal Horse Tole Tray 2 handle
Up for your consideration is a vintage retro. Mid-century modern Georges Briard two-handled tole tray marked 1850 with a carousel horse that is beautifully painted on the metal tray with a cream colored background. It measures 17 5/8" long x 13 5/8" wide x 1 3/4" deep. It needs cleaning. I didn't clean because I don't know the correct solution to clean it with and didn't want to damage any of the paint. There are some paint wear missing here and there, other than that, I find nothing else wrong. Very pretty colorful horse and great display piece. The state map is outlined in"gold" And the lovely state flower, the pink and white moccasin, is depicted in color. Condition is fair for age and use.
