It has a hand painted border with a rose center. There is a loss of paint to a corner with surface spotting.throughout. This decorative box is divided into three sections and measures approximately 9 1/2" x 7 1/2" x 2 3/4" in size. There is a mirror in the interior of the lid. Rare 7" Russia Toleware Decorative Oval Serving Tray Black UEHa 0 py6. 35 KON
For your consideration is an old. Vintage toleware mini oval hand-painted decorative serving tray. Measures 7" x 5" x 7/16" high. Hand painted black background with florals and trimmed with gold. Lacquered on what I believe is a thin steel metal. A magnet sticks to this tray. Back-stamp is difficult to read. But is marked with EUHA 0 py6. 35 KON. I believe the oval circle contains a flower or possibly a bird. Notice there is no blue paint on this piece. There is a sea-green type paint for the small thin leaves. Also. Difficult to find a piece marked with the 35 on the stamp. Through my magnifying glass I found some very light surface scratches and light rub marks on the front. More on the backside. The photos will show theses issues worse than your eye would see. Really is in great shape for it's age. Florals and gold are ... moreintact. Please see the photos. Will be happy to combine shipping. I am selling a hand made and painted metal boat designed to either be hung on the wall or sat on a table. It is in good shape. Although in couple of spots some of the paint is starting to bubble and chip. Someone tried to touch it up in a couple of places with an off color paint but it is not too noticeable as you can see in the pictures. It measures just under 17 inches from end to end.
