Up for auction is a small round vintage hand painted Florentine tole tray. The tray has a design of pale aqua and gold gilt. It also has small red dots on the design. It has a scalloped edge. There are no markings on the back of the tray. But I believe it was made in Italy. This vintage pre-owned tray has wear from age and use. The design in the center of the tray has a small amount of wear. But there are a lot of chips on the front and back scalloped edges and on the back of the tray. Please view and super size all the photos to see the condition. I took close-ups of the chips. The round tray measures 12" in diameter. Not the normal pink roses you find in toleware but a more sophisticated color pallet this tray has been hand painted in beautiful shades of ivory. Moss green& dark green with accents of black. In good vintage condition with some scuffs. Scratches& marks but no dents. The paint is wonderfully chippy and chic with nice wear spots. Label on back reads: Nashco Products Hand Painted. Vintage Hand Painted PEARS Fruit Round TOLE TRAY Country French Still Life This is a lovely and unusual vintage tole tray by Nashco and signed"Flo" featuring a still painting of pears. The color is a creamy white or ivory color with a gold rim on the front. And a black back. The tray measures about 15.5" across. There is a scratch to the main pear and light surface wear as shown in the photos. U.S. parcel post will vary for a 4 pound box. Texas residents must add 8.25% sales tax or furnish a completed resale certificate.
