New York hand painted small scalloped Tin Tole Tray featuring hand painted fruits in the center depicting a plump orange, seed dimpled strawberries, and highlighted grape clusters. PLEASE NOTE this piece is NOT marked but is identical and came from same NJ estate as the fruit tray that sold last week. They were probably once a pair. Nashco Products made a line of colonial revival hand painted tin serving trays in the period 1920-1950 post war years reminiscent of the antique pieces sold by peddlars house to house in the horse drawn wagon days. Now. In a growing homeowner America, where consumer demand for retail products grew, they found their niche in creating lovely tin articles for kitchen ... moreuse and display. Many of their production wares are easily found, but tend to be overized trays difficult to store and use in today's smaller dwellings. This petite tray is only 7" x 8" with a scalloped gilded edge all original as made.a nice little winter fruit salad grouping of yellow gold and dark red colors of the season all on matte black surface front and back fully painted. This little gem is in excellent perfect condition for the tole collector complete with wire stretch wall hanger ready to go for any small space anywhere in your home. The hanger was twisted during photo shoot. I have straightened and tightened it now to perfection. Also, the fingerprints and dust have been corrected and removed with a terry cloth towel scrubbing after photo shoot as found. The painted flowers are in perfect condition. The gold edging does have some aging and. As you can see from the photos, there is some wear on the back. Vintage(Probably 1950's) hand painted waste basket by NASHCO PRODUCTS of New York. In excellent condition. Very clean and wit out dents. Paper label still on the bottom. Gold paint is still on the top rolled rim and on the pattern on the back as shown in picture 2. The painting on the front looks just painted with a pink rose and perhaps violets or wisteria or lilac and maybe a yellow rose. The inside is perfectly clean. There is one barely visible scuff pictured in pic 6. The paint is still there but there is a slight scuff. The bottom has very slight speck size paint loss in spots. Measurements are 13" tall X 10 1/4" wide X 7 1/4" deep. Very nice reticulated or pierced decoration around the top. The color is a cream with pinkish tint. S&H will be calculated. Here for your bidding pleasure is this rare Nashco Products. Hand painted toleware watering can. It features a beautiful bouquet of colorful flowers. I researched the company and it was in production from 1920 to 1950. So this is an older pieces. It has a handy long spout which measures 8 1/2" long. It measures 10" tall and approx. 15" across the handle to spout. It does have some rusting on the inside due to age along with an assortment of nicks and a few minor light corrosion marks on the surface. Please look close at the picture for detail. RARE Vintage Nashco Tole Toleware Clement Red Disneyland Montmartre Poodle Tray
This auction is for a Nash Co. Nashco Tole? Disneyland Montmartre red tray with poodles paiting signed by Clement. It is in really good shape. I don't see any chips of note. Trim is gold color and solid. Missing a corner of the manufacturer tag(see in pic) I have been unable to locate another piece like this one. I have seen variations of this tray. Each rare, but none from Disneyland. I can't give you an exact date. I am saying 1950's to 1960's. If it was on the manufacturers tag it is on the corner that is missing. It clearly says Nash Co. The painting of the poodles is really cute. Sorry for the glare on the pictures I could not get it at an angle where the flash didn't show up. So not certain as to exact age but it is in good vintage condition meaning it is old, has been used and/or displayed and shows wear with several tiny spots of missing paint but no stains, breaks or warping. Signed by the artist in the lower right. Gorgeous pierced and handled tea tray with large pink and purple roses and leaves, gold trim, pierced sides and built-in handles. From a cousin’s estate we have a gorgeous hand-painted fruit tray metal toleware. It is signed by someone with the letter A– I cannot read the rest of it. It is oblong octagonal shaped tray with grapes. An apple, a peach, cherries and a pear on the front. It has a latticework design around the edges. Vivid colors. It is in really good shape on the painting. There is some wear to the gold trim on the edge. The back has a silver tag that says: Nashco Products New York Hand painted- Chip and alcohol resistant. There is a string on the back for hanging on the wall if you so choose. There are a couple blemishes on the back. Won’t be seen for the most part. Still a beauty! Here is a vintage metal tray by NASHCO PRODUCTS New York. This tray measures 18 1/2 X 10 1/2 inches. It is a solid metal tray with a lip on the edges of about 1/2 inch in depth. This is in very good condition with minor scratches to the paint. The most noticable are on the grapes. The bottom has a few tiny spots of paint chipped off. There are no dents or dings but some slight wear on the edges. The bottom is black and the top is green painted fruit on cream. This has been on display for the last many years.

The dancers are posed on a gold and black parquet floor, flanked by hot pink columns and lit by a hot pink chandelier hangig from a white ceiling. This is a different look from most Nashco trays I've seen- most of them quite traditional, painted with tole flowers. The color scheme screams Mod!
