This is a vintage. Gold gilt florentine magazine holder. Recently purchased at an estate sale, I am unsure of it's age. It is unmarked. In good, used and vintage condition, there are a few issues worth mentioning. Most importantly, there is a small dent and crack in the wood on one of the bottom edges. This can be seen in the second picture. In addition, it looks like there is another hairline crack on one of the feet. I can't tell if it is a manufacturing thing of a flaw. Finally, the entire piece has some paint loss and some small chips. The rack measures about 14 1/2" across, 17" tall and 7" deep. Still very pretty, it will make a useful addition to any room. VTG. 50-60s ITALIAN FLORENTINE GOLD CREAM TOLE EASEL & LANDSCAPE PICTURE ITALY
For your consideration is this vintage 1950-60's Italian Florentine easel and landscape picture by Corot. The gold/gilt and cream easel is 10 1/4" tall and 5" wide. It has a gold medallion at the top. The picture measures 7 3/4" x 5 3/4" The easel has its original metal chain. Both the easel and the picture have the typical distressed finish. Often this is called Hollywood Regency style. The easel is stamped"Made in Italy" underneath the stand. The picture has its original triangular shape hook. The easel and picture appear somewhat shorter than they are in the first picture. Payment is requested within two days of auction end please.

Two ITALIAN TOLE CANDLEHOLDERS W/ COLORED BIRD AND STRAWBERRIES ITALY
For your consideration are two Italian tole candleholders. Each with one bird eating a strawberry, other strawberries and green leaves. One of the birds is darker than the other and the strawberries on that candleholder are more golden in color than on the other one. The"branches" are also lighter on one than the other. There is a fair amount of candlewax residue on the lighter one. I think it adds to the overall look) Each is about 7" tall and 9 1/2" wide. Each holds two 1" in diameter candles. They are in good vintage condition with some loss of paint on the lighter candleholder's"petals" Italy is stamped into one candleholder"cup" on each one. I am not sure of their age. Vintage Florentine Thick Wood Tray w/Floral accents This is nice thick balsa wood tray that is hard to fnd these days. Vivid colors and detail abound. Gold/gilt is so nice on this tray. The carvings and etchings are super special on this tray. You can see that some of the work is clearly done by hand. Just look at the etching on the interior.so pretty. This one has a super thickness which indicates that it is an oldie(mid 50's? It is made of a light balsa wood otherwise referred to as"paper mache" It also has an old fashioned hanger attached. There is a sticker attached that says Aram made in Florence on a foil background. The condition is very good but not perfect.
