Description I have up for auction a Vintage Tole or Toleware Hand Painted Metal Clock with Flowers. It measures approximately 9 3/4" across x 11 1/2" high with the ring. It is in pretty good shape with minor scratches and marks from use. The gold metal ring around the face has a couple of dents. The clock has come loose. But I could not keep it running so I left it this way. The entire face may have to be replaced. I have supplied several photos so please check them out carefully. Tin Tole Tip Tray Black Hand Painted Flowers Vintage
I don't know much at all about these things. its yard sale season and I try to grab vintage items no matter what they are) I actually had to search eBay just to figure out what to call it and to see what section to put it in. The tray is roughly 7 3/4 x 6 3/4 inches. I would give it a 94 to 95 out of 100% in condition. There are some small scratches that you have to hold the tray at an angle to see on the front. And a couple spots on bottom, but as you can see from pics it is a BEAUTIFUL- SOLID piece. I believe these are HAND Painted and this one is signed by the painter. TOO you can see on the back there is a HALLMARK stamp but I have no idea what company it is from. Thanks for looking!

And has a painted design on it with different types of fruits and flowers. There are grapes, cherries, peaches, etc. set against a black background, with gold leaf accents along the rim. This tray has been signed by the artist who painted it; see photo#4. There is a logo etched into the tray on the backside; see last two photographs. This tray measures 9 1/4" wide x 15 1/2" long. Vint Lanshire Tole / Toleware Hand Painted Metal Clock w/ Flowers-WORKS-VGC
Offered is a vintage Lanshire tole/ toleware clock. I DO NOT KNOW IF LANSHIRE MADE THIS CLOCK OR IF IT WAS REPAIRED WITH LANSHIRE PARTS. The clock part is definitely Lanshire and on the back of the clock it states"Rebuild 1978 George K" I can see at the bottom edge of the clock face"Lanshire movement" This clock is working and it seems to be keeping time correctly as I plugged it in day before yesterday and unplugged it yesterday and it was accurate. Very lovely. Although it does have a couple scratches and I BELIEVE this would have had a ring at the top for it to look similar to a pocket watch, but don't really know for sure. It measures approximately 11 3/8" wide and is in very good condition although a film of dirt on it.and I did clean off the face, which is dulled in the photos by the dirt that was on it.

Available for your consideration is a Vintage Hand Painted Toleware ~ Tole Large Serving Tray From a local estate sale. Sticker on the back tell us Fine Arts Studio HAND PAINTED PHILA. 6 PA I can not say for sure when it dates to, but others on the Internet with the same sticker on them are being identified as 1940s- 1950s, so that would be my best guess. Metal tray is most likely either tin or steel. Both sides have been painted so it is difficult to know for sure which metal is under the paint. The hand painted flowers are in very good condition without chipping or wear. But there is some wear to the black paint, particularly on the edges and bottom corners. There are also some small spots of pitting or rusting on the front of the tray. Generally very good condition for age though and wear is conducive with age and use. cute little crumb tray by Pilgrim Art hand painted tole. Gold colored with white flowers. Measures about 6 1/4" in diameter(not counting the handle) and about 1 1/4" deep. Some paint missing on the bottom in a square shape(probably price tag or sticker of some sort) and the top has an area near the handle that looks"stained" I did not try to clean it as I was afraid of hurting the paint. Three 5 7/8" x 4 3/4" in frames. These are hand painted flowers on either white milk glass looking plastic or glass. Very unique but I know nothing about them. Discovered in my Nan's attic. I purchased this antique/vintage toleware metal tray at an estate. It does show used in condition and wear as well as some surface rust type places that I tried to get pictures of. I uploaded 10 pictures hoping they will speak for themselves. The description and the condition. Again, does show surface wear and has been used, there are places where the black color has worn and surface scratches and places and surface wear on the bottom as well. There's also some, what looks to be a lighter color of paint that dripped on it or got on it at one time on the outside of one of the corner's. You will hopefully see these places in the pictures. It's a big tray measuring approximately 21 1/2 inches side to side and approximately 16 inches top to bottom. It has the etched open designs along the raised edges/sides with a place for your hands ... moreon each side for carrying. It looks like an old one. I wasn't able to get any history on it.
