Vintage Metal Hand Painted Floral on Black Tole Tray Toleware Shabby Cottage
Vintage metal tole tray. Hand painted toleware. Black tray with a floral pattern and goldtone trim. Measures approximately 17" by 13 1/2" It is in well preserved condition with still bright popping colors. There is a small dent in the middle and a spot where the paint chipped away on the dent(top part of large pink flower in the middle) signs of wear from age and use, but still a beautiful tray! No rust. Back side of tray has scratches. Pretty tray with keyhole handles. All of my items come from a very non smoking home. Description I have up for auction a Vintage Tole or Toleware Hand Painted Metal Clock with Flowers. It measures approximately 9 3/4" across x 11 1/2" high with the ring. It is in pretty good shape with minor scratches and marks from use. The gold metal ring around the face has a couple of dents. The clock has come loose. But I could not keep it running so I left it this way. The entire face may have to be replaced. I have supplied several photos so please check them out carefully. This large metal box measures 19" by 8" including additional 1" on the bun feet) It stands 9 1/2" to the highest point on the lid. The box weighs almost 6 pounds. The box has a beautiful ornate hand painted design on it. 4 large bun feet that measure 2" in diameter. The condition of the paint is very good but there are some very small scratches. Couple of chips and very minor rust(near one of the feet on the bottom) The inside and bottom are painted black and in very good condition. Vint Lanshire Tole / Toleware Hand Painted Metal Clock w/ Flowers-WORKS-VGC
Offered is a vintage Lanshire tole/ toleware clock. I DO NOT KNOW IF LANSHIRE MADE THIS CLOCK OR IF IT WAS REPAIRED WITH LANSHIRE PARTS. The clock part is definitely Lanshire and on the back of the clock it states"Rebuild 1978 George K" I can see at the bottom edge of the clock face"Lanshire movement" This clock is working and it seems to be keeping time correctly as I plugged it in day before yesterday and unplugged it yesterday and it was accurate. Very lovely. Although it does have a couple scratches and I BELIEVE this would have had a ring at the top for it to look similar to a pocket watch, but don't really know for sure. It measures approximately 11 3/8" wide and is in very good condition although a film of dirt on it.and I did clean off the face, which is dulled in the photos by the dirt that was on it.

Vintage Toleware PARTRIDGE In PEAR TREE Metal Leaves Tole Table Lamp Chippy 1950s to 1960s tole metal painted lamp with partridge/bird in a pear tree with a planter's pot base. The mid century lamp is wonderful; we think it started out it with a gilded pot base that was painted white- probably in the 1960s to late 1970s. There are 2 pears and 1 partridge amidst the leafy limbs. We think it was spray painted as redidual paint appears on the main stem and at least one lower leaf. Please see pictures. The lamp is fully functional and we believe the socket has been replaced- recently. We recommend rewiring or at the very least an electrical inspection. It is in great chippy paint condition and there may be a leaf or two that is missing- it is not obvious. So we do not know. The lamp measures approximately 24" high including harp. Is ... morebeing sold without a shade and we recommend no more than a 60 watt bulb.
