Each gilded Toleware piece has a delicate. Ornate base; where the bottom of the metal frame has a large leaf design, inside a round ring with a stand in the center. The sepals of the roses are turned down, while the rose flower is upright. The roses and leaves are soldered onto the frame. All of the bases are elegantly covered in gold leaf gilt in a distress pattern. Note: the roses and leaves cannot be moved.
