GORGEOUS FRENCH TOLEWARE Obtained at estate sale. Date unknown, but it is old. Hand painted. Deep red with bronze trim and embellishments on rims and back. And surrounding a scene depicting three people at a waterfall. Two animal shaped fountains and woodlands. It measures 11" L x 8.5" W x 4.5" H. The inside has some surface rusting. Which appears to have been treated with some sort of protectant-itis green in color. The rusting does NOT penetrate through to the outside. It is a good solid piece. It is absolutely beautiful!

Side 1 shows symbols for faith, home and church, side 2 depicts children and farming scenes. Although it has some dings and imperfections, they only add to the wondrous charm and character. The paint is in very good condition and the coloring remains bright and vibrant. This item was found in a barn in Kutztown, PA approximately 8 years ago- the actual age is unknown. Measures: Center panel. 24" two side panels 12" each height: 31" weight around 17 pounds Hi up for auction I have a beautiful vintage/antique Tole metal fireplace screen. I believe this is a mid Century piece. It has a floral/Asian theme. The photos were taken in front of my home fireplace. The fireplace is gas and around 2 yrs old. The screen will work with a closed gas fireplace(shown in photo) Or with a traditional log fireplace. The screen is around 50 to 60 yrs old and does show some vintage flaws. One handle and one gold ball are missing from the top of the screen( see last photos) The screen is so ornate it is hard to find the flaws. Has a few scratches and dents. Up for sale is an Antique Black and Hand Painted Toleware Watering Can. The blue flowers and green leaves in the center are hand painted and there is a signature to the bottom of the design. The watering can is in fair to good condition with some medium to large paint loss and wear. Some slight rust to the bottom of the screw under the base and the base is also loose. There is some blue paint transfer from rubbing of another object along the one side. It is approx. 9.5 in tall by 16 in wide with the spout included in the measurements. Large(16" x 22½" x 1 ½" Vintage English tole tray was hand painted in the mid 1900s and was a decorative piece in a shop in Italy that was closing down. If you look closely at the pictures, you will see some wear due to sunlight and age…in my opinion, it adds character and I personally love this look…it weathered and antique looking due to this.
