1940's Tole Tulip Bunch table - wheat sheaf eames regency
A favorite of interior decorator's this little Italian end/ cocktail table is gorgeous. Dating from the 1940's and marked made in Italy this table is roughly 17" tall an 22" in diameter. The glass top is clean and nearly scratch free and the base has amazing color with an even distress over the whole piece. Most often these toleware tables are sheafs of wheat and sometimes lillies. But this is the first Tulip table I have seen. Vintage Toleware PARTRIDGE In PEAR TREE Metal Leaves Tole Table Lamp Chippy 1950s to 1960s tole metal painted lamp with partridge/bird in a pear tree with a planter's pot base. The mid century lamp is wonderful; we think it started out it with a gilded pot base that was painted white- probably in the 1960s to late 1970s. There are 2 pears and 1 partridge amidst the leafy limbs. We think it was spray painted as redidual paint appears on the main stem and at least one lower leaf. Please see pictures. The lamp is fully functional and we believe the socket has been replaced- recently. We recommend rewiring or at the very least an electrical inspection. It is in great chippy paint condition and there may be a leaf or two that is missing- it is not obvious. So we do not know. The lamp measures approximately 24" high including harp. It has an embossed"MADE IN ITALY" attached metal tag. This is an authentic piece of vintage Italian tole. Not a modern reproduction. The lamp measures approx. 22 1/2" tall from the base to the top of the socket. With the shade it is 33 inches tall. This is from an estate sale in Boone. Iowa and it is in great condition for its age of over 50yrs. The only signs of age I could find is that there is a very shallow chip to gold paint on the wooden base, which could be easily repaired with a little acrylic paint. It is constructed of two pieces held together by two screws in the center where the sections make an“X” The legs are straight and the stand sits level. With a vintage patina. Fabulous Vintage Large Roses Mirror Tole Tray Coffee Cocktail Table
FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN THE CONTINENTAL US! This is an amazing vintage tole tray table. Dates to the 1930s/40s. This tray can be used as a coffee or cocktail table. A hanging mirror, or a vanity or dresser tray. The stand measures 19" tall and the tray itself measures a large 22 1/2" x 27 1/2" Wonderful mirrored tray with glass rosette fasteners. The hand-painted roses that adorn the edges are exquisite in their detail. I found this tray in Connecticut at an antiques sale. One small black spot in the glass, near the edge(please see photos) Also, the tray does not sit flat on the stand which will have to be adjusted to accommodate and secure the tray properly, or you can always use a different stand. Vtg tole toleware metal table lamp.Mustard yellow with black stripes,accents
As it is now it is 20"H. Two condition notes. One. There is a very shallow dent on one side. Does not stand out at all. It's very minor. The other is that I believe there was a metal frame that held up the shade. For now it works to just rest it atop the bottom half but the bulb peeks out above the top this way. Jerry rigging a couple old wire hangers would work. The base is weighted for support. You could always repaint it if you don't like the original yellow finish. This Lovely Vintage Black Tole Lamp- punctuated with Golden feature accents- is another beautiful Estate find in great condition. It stands about 20” Tall– measured to the top of its Tole shade as pictured. The Black/Gold Shade has a Bottom Surface Diameter of about 10 ½” and it is about 6” High. The Base Diameter of the Lamp is about 5” As you can see from the pictures. It is in fine working condition. The wiring seems to be good. The Tole Shade sits upon a White Milk Glass Globe. There are two little“screws” that you can loosen to remove it for cleaning or shipping. The White Milk Glass Globe is also in fine condition as is the cream colored interior of the tole shade. I think it is probably a 3-Way Lamp although I only have a regular bulb in it so I cannot say for sure since I don’t have a 3-Way Bulb to try it with. However, when I turn it on, nothing happens on the first turn– the light goes on with the 2 nd turn– there is also a 3 rd turn but nothing happens with the regular bulb that is currently in it. Vintage Tole Toleware Table Lamp Maroon & Gold Reticulated Galley Shade
Pretty vintage metal toleware table lamp. THis one is maroon with gold laural leaves and trim. It is a smaller one. Perfect as a bedside lamp. The top of the clip on shade has a reticulated galley. Base has the same laurel leaf banding as the shade. The stem, in maroon, is a fluted column topped by a flared gold capital. Banded at the base and stem and the base and galley of the shade. Interior of shade is white for reflective quality. The lamp works, as pictured, but the wiring and electrical components, though visually in good shape, are old. Two one/off switches, one on the base, and one at the light bulb socket. The interior of the shade is a bit dirty. Tiny dent to the galley. Overall very good condition with wear consistent with age. Stands 12" to top of shade, base is 4 3/4" in diameter. Shade is 4 1/2" tall x 7 1/4" ... morein diameter at the bottom and 2 3/4" in diameter at the top. Add this little gem to your collection.
