Shade is included. And may be packed in a separate package for safety reasons. This is a nice Italian tole metal flower table lamp. The lamp has metal flowers and leaves in various soft pastel colors. Below the flowers is a marble and gold painted wood base. The marble is very nice and has a translucent quality to it. It has an embossed"MADE IN ITALY" attached metal tag. This is an authentic piece of vintage Italian tole. Not a modern reproduction. The lamp measures approx. 22 1/2" tall from the base to the top of the socket. With the shade it is 33 inches tall. This is from an estate sale in Boone. Iowa and it is in great condition for its age of over 50yrs. The only signs of age I could find is that there is a very shallow chip to gold paint on the wooden base, which could be easily repaired with a little acrylic paint. Each lamp measures about 2 feet 8 and 1/2 inches high to the top of each finial. The lamps are each about 11 inches wide. These are vintage lamps. I would date the lamps to be about 45 +/ years old. This is an older vintage antique stunning in person Italian mid century toleware chandelier from an estate auction I bought about 15 years ago. I am clearing out my storage area and found beautiful decorative things I forgot about. I remember a man in his 90s came up to me and said this light fixture cost $1200 new. I do not know if that is true but this older man was some type of decorater and he owned this fixture. The fixture is 18 1/2 tall and 19 1/2" across. It needs to be wires as it has the old original wire. It features crimson redish pink Morning glories and a yellow large flowers. It is in nice condition with only a tiny bit of rust on the edges of the white flower petals that hold the light socket and one light socket tube has a small 1/8" deep flake not worth noting.
