Down from the attic today is this really old tole painted green wooden magazine rack/holder. It is very shabby with vintage ware. Still a very solid piece and will be a great addition to your shabby things. It is app. 18" high by 12" wide by 9" deep. It has tole painted fruit. Berries, flowers and leaves with a just beautiful bird. The colors are just gorgeous. Please see pictures as they are part of the description. Comes from a non smoking home. Have some wear and paint loss that can be seen in photos. Some small cracks to top surface but does not affect stability. I believe these trays are made from balsa wood. Not marked. Both show signs of wear.These came from an upscale estate sale on the Eastern shore area. The trays measure approx. 19" wide by 1-1/2" tall. Hello and welcome Gorgeous Florentine Hand Made Italian Embossed Wood Box. The wooden Florentine box has a lovely cream and gold patina. The inside can be used for storing jewelry or trinkets. The lid of the box is flat with a leaf motif with a diamond pattern on all the sides. The entire box measures approx. 9-1/2" wide by 5" tall. By 5-1/2" depth(front to back) The box does show signs of wear. As expected for a vintage find. This looks and feels like wood. I believe it to be made from balsa wood. Not Marked Condition. Looks old, scratches, chippy paint loss, no breaks to the wood. Has aged patina that adds a warm glow to the box. This came from an old Cheasapeake Bay waterfront mansion estate.
