Penn/ The tray is highly colorful with hand painted florals in blues, pinks and white colors. The tray would date to the 1930's. The toleware painted tray is in excellent condition. The tray has no cracks, chips, or repairs. The antique tray measures 12 1/3" by 16 1/4" The back has the original label from Fine Arts Studios. Tin Tole Tip Tray Black Hand Painted Flowers Vintage
I don't know much at all about these things. its yard sale season and I try to grab vintage items no matter what they are) I actually had to search eBay just to figure out what to call it and to see what section to put it in. The tray is roughly 7 3/4 x 6 3/4 inches. I would give it a 94 to 95 out of 100% in condition. There are some small scratches that you have to hold the tray at an angle to see on the front. And a couple spots on bottom, but as you can see from pics it is a BEAUTIFUL- SOLID piece. I believe these are HAND Painted and this one is signed by the painter. TOO you can see on the back there is a HALLMARK stamp but I have no idea what company it is from. Thanks for looking!

Antique Primitive Tin Toleware Box: Hand Painted, Black, Gold, Early 1900s
This little tin box is about recipe box size at 5-3/4" X 3-1/2" X 3-1/2" deep. It was acquired at an estate sale where all of the items being sold were from the late 1800s and early 1900s. It is hand painted and I believe the tole design is actually stenciled on with gold paint with red shading. The top. As shown in the photo, is a cluster of three cherries; the front and back panels have a swag with a little red flower in the middle; and the end panels have a daisy-like flower. The black paint job is not first rate: there are a few areas where the original drips and brush strokes can be seen and it has now become crazed. This is part of what makes this piece so very charming. The stenciling is mostly intact except for an area of paint loss on the largest cherry. Overall I would consider the box to be in nice condition given ... moreits probable 100+ year age. There are a number of small dents and dings. Nothing of real significance. The lid fits on and off as it should with a small amount of effort. There are a few small areas of paint loss, primarily around the edge where the lid has rubbed; there is one small"blob" of white paint right beneath where the top of the lid ends; and there is some surface rust on the interior including one pin-hole size area where light shows through. This is an estate piece being sold as is. As found. I cannot guarantee that it has not been exposed to odors: smoking, fragrance, cooking, mustiness, mothballs, other storage odors or pets. This Lovely Vintage Black Tole Lamp- punctuated with Golden feature accents- is another beautiful Estate find in great condition. It stands about 20” Tall– measured to the top of its Tole shade as pictured. The Black/Gold Shade has a Bottom Surface Diameter of about 10 ½” and it is about 6” High. The Base Diameter of the Lamp is about 5” As you can see from the pictures. It is in fine working condition. The wiring seems to be good. The Tole Shade sits upon a White Milk Glass Globe. There are two little“screws” that you can loosen to remove it for cleaning or shipping. The White Milk Glass Globe is also in fine condition as is the cream colored interior of the tole shade. I think it is probably a 3-Way Lamp although I only have a regular bulb in it so I cannot say for sure since I don’t have a 3-Way Bulb to try it with. However, when I turn it on, nothing happens on the first turn– the light goes on with the 2 nd turn– there is also a 3 rd turn but nothing happens with the regular bulb that is currently in it. It will NOT be shipped with the bulb. The bulb pictured is only for an example to show that it works

This listing is for two vintage black tin wall hangings made by Yorkcraft. Inc. in York, PA. They measure approximately 8" in diameter and feature German-style or Pennsylvania Dutch-style Americana graphics. The graphics are paper. The first plate has a picture of a dancing couple dressed in typical German attire. The second plate shows a farmer with a pitchfork and jug. The words on the plate are: Kissin' wears out.Cookin' dont! Them that works hard eats hearty! Both tins have their hanging tags or labels on the back. The plates show age appropriate wear. There are some small scratches in the paint on the back of each tin. They come from a non-smoking home.
