It has dainty brass handle hardware which I am not sure are original. The keyhole escutcheon are the big round medallions. The candle shelves have heavy incise carved burl front shelf supports, burl walnut trim going up the mirror and the big crest on top with a doorbell looking medallion on the top. The mirror is bevel glass, which is normally straight glass. The drawers are all hand cut dove tail. The overall size is 48 inches wide, 21 inches deep and 90 inches high overall.

Both pieces have been refinished, but missing veneer work was not done, so, as you can see in pics 4& 8 there is slight edge veneer loss at the front side corners. In pic 5 you can barely see that the veneer has been re-glued. There are a few nicks here and there, and there are hardware circles around a couple of the drawer pulls, where the handles have been rotated and made a circle in the wood around. The hardware, as well as the design, makes this piece much more eye catching, with steel pulls and horizontal rosewood tips on each pull. This piece measures 54" x 32" x 18" deep. Mid Century Modern walnut with rosewood handle hardware dresser by Stanley. This line is by far and away the best the Stanley offered in the era. In my opinion. I am selling the matching gentleman's dresser, or highboy, separately. Both pieces have been refinished, but missing veneer work was not done, so, as you can see in pics 4& 8 there is slight edge veneer loss at the front side corners. In pic 5 you can barely see that the veneer has been re-glued. There are a few nicks here and there, and there are hardware circles around a couple of the drawer pulls, where the handles have been rotated and made a circle in the wood around. The hardware, as well as the design, makes this piece much more eye catching, with steel pulls and horizontal rosewood tips on each pull. This piece measures 54" x 32" x 18" deep. Victorian Eastlake Dresser Mirror Spoon Carved Walnut For sale is(1) antique 1880’s Eastlake style dresser and mirror done in walnut with chip carved detail The dresser measures 76 inches high overall x 38.5 inches wide x 18 inches deep. The height of the dresser chest is 34 inches The three drawers are 7 inches deep on the inside and each has the original lock mechanism with brass keyhole insert. Each drawer has the traditional Eastlake chip carving detail. All the drawers are dovetailed and have the original bottoms. The hardware is the classic brass teardrop and I believe these are not original but correct for the period. There are 4 wooded casters on the bottom and appear to be replacements. The swivel mirror measures 27 inches wide x 21 inches high and has the original mirror. The pictures show a sheet to cut down on the reflection. ... moreA carved detail on the center top of the mirror section matches the lower carvings. The color of the dresser is a medium dark brown walnut. The finish is original and the finish on top of the dresser is quite excellent and hand rubbed. There is the expected wear on high spots and rounding of the edges. Minimal nicks and scratches that could be hidden with a good scratch cover. Very nice Empire 5-drawer dresser or chest with burl walnut veneer. This piece is solid. Clean and tight. Drawers are made of single-board, poplar(the grain in some boards is curly) with hand-planed bottoms,and handmade dovetail joints, Each drawer has a pair of turned, solid wood knobs. Top pair of drawers are large and deep with beautifully crafted ogee faces. Drawers do not stick at all and operate smoothly. Overall dimensions of piece are 43 inches wide by 21-3/8 inches deep by 44-3/4 inches tall. There is a charred spot on the top where a kerosene lamp tipped over burned the wood. There are a few small knicks on the edge of the veneer and has been repaired on one drawer face(see photos) Local pick up only.

This 19th century dresser measures 83 inches(6 ft 11 inches) in total height from the floor to the very top of the carved crest. A width of 37 inches, and a total depth of 17 inches and this dresser weighs approximately 135 lbs. my aunt is 97 and wanted me to move this piece off her closed in back porchwhich is heated and cooled. it belonged to her grandmother. My great grandmother. i should keep it but i have no where to put it, my house is full of antiques and all my bedroom sets are complete sets with dresser, wash stand, wardrobe, bed etc. it has been well cared for and is in near mint condition. it has great burl walnut on the drawer fronts. the top and sides are solid walnut. it has never been refinished as far as i know. the drawer pulls are wonderful. some of them were a bit loose and any that needed firming up i have reglued. it has the original brass casters with double wheels on each caster and moves very nicely. it has a nice gallery on the top. aunt beth can not find the key for the sidelock, but thinks she can. i do not have a great deal of confidence ... morethat she will. she is a bit absent minded these days it seems. all of the drawers function well and besides a missing key there are no other issues to report other than there are a few light water rings on the top along with a few small scratches none of which take away from the beauty and usefulness of this sidelock. i am 5 ft. 11 inches tall and can not see any of these issues while looking at the piece. i have to get on a step stool to see them. again they are not an issue just merely add patina to the piece. the top is pictured and doubtful anything is obvious enough to show up in the photos. i intend to remove the lock and have a new key made. it may be picked up at my home or shipped at the buyers expense. these sidelocks are hard to come by and demand a fairly high price. i am starting it at a figure 1500 less than one not as nice on ebay is listed for.

When the chest was decommissioned a cabinet maker in England purchased it and restored it to the beautiful chest you see here today. He added thick burled walnut veneers to the top and drawer fronts accented with a black line decal and added sturdy ... morebracket feet. The new brass drawer pulls were also part of this restoration process. The result is a gorgeous dresser with a rich history and modern functionality. The sides of the dresser are still the original mahogany which show some signs of their age as you can see from the pictures. Each drawer also has dovetailed joints showing that this chest was constructed properly. At 32.75" tall this bachelors chest can be used to fill several functions around the home. It would function well in an foyer as the burled walnut has such an eye-catching quality. If you have a tall bed this chest is excellent as a bedside chest. Be sure to add me to your! This ANTIQUE LATE 1800's VICTORIAN DRESSSER is made from solid walnut and has been refinished. It has three large drawers with a fancy skirt around the bottom on four legs with rollers. Which roll very well. On top of this are two glove boxes on each side separated by white marble. The back holds the elegant curved and bevelled mirror housed in a walnut curved frame with applied wood decoration and a special decoration extending several inches above the top of the mirror frame. There are four original leaf carved handles which are not on the piece. The buyer would have the choice of putting on handles of his choice or matching the original handles with two more. 66" Vintage Davis cabinet co walnut triple dresser with glass top and mirror
This is a 66" long walnut triple dresser made by the Davis cabinet co. It is used but definitely not abused. It has a few spots that could be touched up but nothing bad. There are no chunks of wood missing, there are bad scratches on the inside of the door which are obviously not visible when shut. The drawers all function and the handles are all in good shape. The top has a 1/4 piece of glass cut to align perfectly. I also have the mirror that attaches to the back, there are metal brackets on the back of the mirror frame. I have never attached the mirror but I assume all the parts are there. If you'd like to see more pics please feel free to ask for specific shots. I would prefer for this to be picked up locally, however if you assume all costs and can arrange the shipping that would work as well.
