Vintage Tole Painted Table Top Wine Rack Cream with Purple Roses Holds 7 Bottles
Very pretty tole painted heavy metal wine rack. Cream colored with light purple roses and green leaves. Holds 7 bottles. This is a tabletop stand and has protective feet under the legs so as to not damage the surface it is on. Uncertain of age or origin(French? Italian? the woman I acquired it from has had it for at least 20 years but couldn't recall where she got it. No markings. Stands 22-3/4" tall at center x 12" wide x 7" deep. Two roses on each side with pretty seafoam green leaves. Paint is in good overall condition with very little chipping. There are some imperfections in the paint(a green mark on the cream. For example) but nothing unexpected for a tole piece. Some discoloration and a few small rusty spots. A bit dusty and ready for a thorough cleaning. Antique Wood Tole Tray or Table Top Hand Painted Distressed 22x18 Scalloped
Vintage. Hand painted, wooden tray. It measures 22" by 18" by 1" deep, weighs 2 3/4 pounds. The frame is held together with 4 joints in the wood and glue, there are no nails or staples visible. The background color of the center portion is yellow with blue and red flowers painted in a gold colored lattice. The frame and back side are painted dark green. It's not marked for maker or age. My best guess for age would be around the turn of the century. We found it at an estate sale for an antique collector in San Diego, California. Condition: Old and distressed. A lot of wear on the green paint of the frame. Cracks and scratches on the hand painted design. Some small chips in the wood. 2 moderate chips on the back side. Gorgeous Italian floral tole table. It is done in a white. Pink, and green metal floral pattern with a tripod base and a round tempered glass top, that is 1/2" an inch thick. The piece is in very good condition. The glass does have a scratch or two. And there is a small area on the underside edge with a few nicks. It measures 20" tall and 22" from rim to rim on the glass.
